For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

Pros:

Posizione a metà strada tra sainte Marie e aigues mortes. Struttura di prezzo medio basso.

Cons:

Camere microscopiche, assenza di frigo e di bollitore, acqua del rubinetto imbevibile. La colazione era triste e lo staff per niente gentile, hanno fatto mille storie per avere un po' d'acqua calda, che in tutti gli alberghi te la danno in camera a volontà.
Il bagno era vecchio ed era impossibile farsi la doccia, visto che mancava un attacco al muro del soffione.

Pros:

La camera era al piano terra e durante un temporale è entrata acqua dalla porta finestra; la doccia non scaricava con allagamenti di tutto il bagno; l'acqua del WC rimaneva aperta perché il tasto rimaneva incastrato; dal pavimento trasudava acqua; appena entrati si è sentita un'umidità altissima nonostante fosse stato preventivamente attivato il condizionatore a 21°. Forse le camere poste al I piano erano migliori ma quella assegnatami era pessima.

Overall a very happy stay.
Pros:

Full of character. The room is airy and equipped with air con. Massive walk in wardrobe which is perfect, as we were there for a wedding. Super yummy home made cake at the breakfast.

Cons:

The location is sort of in the middle of no where. The nearest supermarket is 10-15 min drive away. The reception sells bottles of water but only between 3-8pm.

Cons:

Abbiamo riscontrato in una delle due camere un forte odore che abbiamo prontamente segnalato ma non vi era possibilità di un cambio di camera perché era tutto pieno: comunque arieggiando un po' la situazione è migliorata.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Camargue, mais un confort en chambre très décevant.
Pros:

La localisation est très pratique pour découvrir la Camargue : environ 15 minutes des Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer et 20 minutes d’Aigues-Mortes. Dans la région, les déplacements se font de toute façon principalement en voiture et le stationnement sur place est facile.

Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct et agréable. Les extérieurs sont également bien entretenus, avec la possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner dehors, ce qui est un vrai plus lorsque la météo le permet.

Cons:

Nous recherchions un hébergement typique de Camargue, mais nous avons malheureusement davantage trouvé le côté rustique que le charme que nous espérions.

La chambre est très sommairement équipée. La climatisation est en revanche un vrai point positif et presque indispensable en pleine saison. Pour le reste, le confort est vraiment limité : lit très bas, matelas inconfortable, oreillers de mauvaise qualité et simple drap accompagné d’un couvre-lit plutôt qu’une literie correspondant davantage aux standards que nous attendions pour ce niveau de prix.

L’insonorisation est également très mauvaise : on entend distinctement les passages et conversations dans le couloir, matin comme soir, ce qui donne très peu de sensation d’intimité.

La salle de bain a été notre plus grosse déception. De nombreux équipements étaient mal positionnés ou de travers, le miroir était installé beaucoup trop bas, et la baignoire équipée d’un pommeau de douche sans véritable fixation ni paroi rend la douche particulièrement peu pratique, avec de l’eau rapidement partout.

Enfin, l’accueil n’étant ouvert que de 15 h à 20 h, les possibilités d’échange avec le personnel restent assez limitées en dehors du petit déjeuner.

Nous sommes restés trois nuits et, même si nous n’avons pas souhaité faire de réclamation pendant notre séjour, le manque de confort a réellement pesé à partir de la deuxième nuit. À environ 100 € la nuit, nous nous attendions simplement à des prestations et à un niveau de confort plus aboutis.
