Fantastic location right in the heart of Rome with exceptional staff
Pros:

The location is superb - 30 mins to get to anywhere, often far less time.
The staff are exceptional and really helpful
The food was delicious and the rooftop bar was very pleasant.

Cons:

Our room overlooked a busy main road and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the traffic.
Being central Rome, the prices were exceptionally high and we were often left without enough to tip which was a shame as the staff are incredible and work so hard.

Key issues related to a) the small size of the room; b) uncomfortable bed and pillows; c) poor value for money; d) terrible shower facilities. The hotel advertises as a five star hotel, which I found astounding given the above points

The location made it perfect to explore Rome and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
