Perfekte Lage, jedoch eher 4 Sterne als 5 Sterne-Hotel
Pros:

+ Lage: Zentral gelegen, nur fünf Minuten u.a. vom Trevibrunnen und vom Pantheon entfernt. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Busstation, auch noch der ein oder andere Souvenirladen, eine Apotheke und diverse Gelato-Geschäfte warten darauf, entdeckt zu werden.
+ Preis: Obwohl ich (wie unten beschrieben) nicht finde, dass es einem 5 Sterne-Hotel gerecht ist, ist der Preis recht entgegenkommend ausgefallen.
+ Personal: Auch das Personal hat seine Schwächen, jedoch war es stets freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Auch das Reinigungspersonal hat jeden Tag das Zimmer gründlich gesäubert und einen wirklich tollen Job gemacht.
+ Badezimmer: Sehr geräumiges und großes Badezimmer. Die Dusche war super, gut abgedichtet und hatte diverse Optionen (Duschkopf zum selber halten, oben montierter Duschstrahl,...) und einen guten Wasserdruck

Cons:

- Fühlt sich nicht ganz wie ein 5 Sterne-Hotel an, eher wie ein 4 Sterne-Hotel. Liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass es ein Boutique Hotel mit knapp 30 Zimmern ist. Der Eingangsbereich ist jedoch SEHR klein, auch im Lift passen gerade einmal zwei Leute rein. Die Rezeption ist mit einer, höchstens zwei Personen besetzt und auch da ist nicht viel Platz.
- Lage: Obwohl die Lage per se wirklich gut und zentral gelegen ist (u.a. nur ca. fünf Gehminuten vom Trevibrunnen entfernt), kann es am Abend durch die umliegenden Lokale und den Gästen trotz geschlossener Fenster (!) SEHR laut werden. Auch ist direkt daneben eine Baustelle, die jedoch abends nicht gestört hat.
- Geruch: Der dominante Geruch (dürfte wohl deren Hausduft sein), der sowohl im Eingangsbereich als auch in den Zimmern sehr präsent war, hat mir persönlich gar nicht gefallen und mich jedes Mal sehr gestört.
- Personal: Wirkte in diversen Situationen (z.B. bei Feueralarm) recht überfordert und hat gebraucht, um Herr der Lage zu werden.
- Technische Probleme: Es kam leider auch vor, dass das ein oder andere Mal in meinem Zimmer der Strom ausgefallen ist. Das hat dann fünf bis zehn Minuten gebraucht, bis das wieder repariert wurde. Da erwarte ich mir was anderes von einem 5 Sterne-Hotel.

El personal y su atención esmerada y delicada siempre atentos a satisfacer las necesidades de cliente con una sonrisa y educación. Además la calidad de los alimentos y comidas que brindan están en lo más alto por encima de muchos hoteles internacionales que he podido visitar en el mundo.

Perfeita e incrível - 4 noites
Pros:

Chuveiro, toalhas, lençóis, tamanho do quarto, tudo reformado, limpeza, gentileza do hotel fornecendo frutas e água nos andares; secador, localização, uma excelente descoberta em Roma. Ao lado de um mercadinho e cafeteria. Café da manhã do hotel muito bom .

A equipe de atendimento era impecável. Café da manhã bem servido e quando souberam de nossa demanda de tempo, agilizaram o máximo. Também foi cuidadosa a atendente de nos trazer um pouco sobre a história do entorno. Serviço de transfer impecável e recomendável igualmente.

Pros:

Le personnel est incroyable, ils sont très à notre écoute et notre service. Merci à toute l équipe 🙏🥰.
Nous avons adoré le rooftop, très bien agencé et agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner.
L'hôtel se trouve très centré, pratique pour tout faire à pieds

Cons:

Les oreillers sont très dur.
Dommage qu'il y ai des suppléments au petit déjeuner alors que ce n'est pas un buffet.
Eau dans la chambre en supplément aussi

Не понравилось, что с меня списали какой-то налог за туризм, очень странно. Не понравилось что странные завтраки, я не могла как обычно в отелях выбрать завтрак, приходила официант и просто диктовала меню, и сами завтраки очень очень скромные, йогур и яйца из основного, за все остальное нужно было отдельно оплачивать. Не понравилось что они постоянно все путали , и в целом этот отель никак не тянет на 5 звезд. Максимум это 3 звезды.
