Espectacular estadía
Pros:

Tuvimos una muy excelente estadía en el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para recorrer Providencia y moverse por Santiago, con comercios, restaurantes y transporte muy cerca. El personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y las instalaciones estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas. La habitación super limpia y las sabanas y colchón muy buenos!

Como observación, la habitación estándar nos resultó un poco pequeña para una estadía de varios días, especialmente porque el espacio de guardado estaba integrado al área del baño. Por ese motivo decidimos hacer un upgrade a una categoría superior, con la que quedamos muy conformes y que hizo nuestra experiencia mucho más cómoda.

Más allá de ese detalle, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y recomendamos el hotel por su excelente ubicación, atención y relación calidad-precio.

Que está en una zona agradable, se fue la luz en la zona y lo solucionaron en 3 minutos aproximadamente

Me ha gustadontodo. Tal vez el lobiliario de la habitacion mecesita un pequeño refurbishement.. pero es comodo, super biem situado, muy tranquilo, con personal muy agradable y con una muy buena relacion calidad precio

El pan en el desayuno de la mañana un poco duro… Pequeño detalle que hay que tener en cuenta, porque todo lo demas ests muy bien!!

La habitación enana, el closet dentro del baño ínfimo.
En la noche 1am nos dio frío no hanian frazadas en closet, llamamos a recepción y pedimos una frazada, nos dijeron que si, pero que había que ir a buscarla al lobby... porque no había personal.
