A 2 star hotel with the a large, bright, clean room with a bath. Delightful but clearly dated. It however was well equipped with separate sofa and table and work desk and table and large flat screen screen TV. The bathroom was spacious. There were 6 staff working when we checked in at around 3pm. For a 5 start hotel you would be lucky to have 2. Overall we really liked the hotel, staff and location. Room service was fast and cheap. I actually really enjoyed my stay.
No wi-fi? There were 4 parking slots. All of which were a nightmare to reverse in to. Lovely, helpful staff though. I could not find the normal Thai television channels on the TV but I didn't ask either so it may just be me. The bed was a little hard for me. Breakfast was very unusual in that there was rice and spaghetti, spicy pork and some vegetables. No eggs strangely. They did have Liptons tea though.

The photos on the website don't match the actual photos. The cleanliness and condition of the room were quite poor, if not downright bad. Because we had to leave the hotel early, the staff did not offer a solution for the included breakfast.Simply put, the benefit was lost. Hallways were messy and in a fair state of cleanliness. The room was uncomfortable. The beds were squeaking all the time
La proximité de l’aéroport de Donmuang en voiture !!! À pied c’est très long sinon.
Le petit déjeuner été très restreint
Il n’y avait pas de jus - le café et le thé été en sachet à mettre dans l’eau chaude.
Les confitures été très chimique.
Il y avait une possible de commander à manger c’était indiquer fermeture à 23h et quand nous avions voulu commandé à 22h c’était déjà fermé - ils nous ont dit d’aller au supermarché 7eleven pour manger sachant que tout été fermer aux alentours !!! Par chance une mamie fesait à manger et nous avions pu manger sur place dans son petit restaurant des plats thaï fait maison.

เข้าพักครั้งแรกวันที่2 เช็คเอาท์วันที่3 เราไม่รู้ตัวเลยว่าลืมกระเป๋าตังคแบรนด์เนมใว้ รูิตัวตอนวันที่ 5 โทรมาถามที่โรงแรม แจ้งพนักงานว่า ลืมกระเป๋าตังค แบรนด์... สีดำ พนักงานแจ้งว่าเก็บใว้ให้ เราเลยบอกว่าเดียวกลับจาก ตจว จะไปเอาวันที่8 เมื่อมาถึงแจ้งว่าเข้าพักอีกรอบและมาเอากระเป๋าตังคที่ลืม พนักงานก็จัดการเอามาให้ทั้งๆที่ตอนเรามาถึงลูกค้าที่เคาเตอร์เยอะแต่พนักงานก็พูดคุยดี ไม่วีนเลย คือดีมาก ละเราจะบินไป ตปท ลืมปริ้นเอกสารสำคัญ พนักงานก็ปริ้นให้ฟรี ปริ้นรอบแรกเอกสารไม่สมบูรณ์ ขอให้ปริ้นอีกรอบ เขาก็ปริ้นให้แบบไม่เหวี่ยง บริการดีมากๆ มาใช้บริการที่นี้เยอะๆเถอะ พนักงานดี ห้องสะอาด มีอาหารเช้าอีก อาหารก็อร่อย ไม่ไก่กาแน่นอน

The property can’t provide what did they are promised according free taxi from airport and to airport . I hope they will put correct information in nearest future
The staff is lovely and always helpful.
The food was of a low standard... the room was very small and cramped... the price was very cheap but not suitable for a family.
