Oda pek temiz değildi. Lavabo kenarları yosun tutmuştu. Kahvaltı zayıftı. Oda kahvaltı almıştık kahvaltıyı iptal edip ücret iyadesi istediğimizde bunu yapamayacaklarını belirttiler. 6 günlük konaklamamızda almamız gereken 6 kahvaltı için iki gün öğle veya akşam yemeği alabileceğimizi belirttiler bu da pek hoş olmadı bizim açımızdan.

Disappointed
Pros:

I booked a villa, because I have always wanted to experience staying in a villa. There is nowhere on the bookings advertisment that tells you there is copious amounts of stairs going down to the villas, so being on a walking stick I was unable to navigate the stairs to the villa.
"What did I like" absolutely nothing!

Cons:

We were given a "STANDARD" room after paying for the villa... With NO refund, the room's door did not lock, the safe didn't work and all we kept getting from the staff were shoulder shrugs and "I'm sorry we are unable to help you with anything else" we moved to another hotel the next day.

Nice stay
Pros:

We stayed one night independently and then six days with a group, the hotel is nice, it has a nice pool, good location on more quiet street so you don’t hear the cars.

Cons:

Breakfasts could be better, although there was a variety to choose from.
First night we stayed in the joglo/bungalow by the pool and we had some bugs inside, but it’s understandable and it’s a wooden cabin.

Absolutely loved our stay here, so nice that we extended for 2 more days. The garden pool is really tranquil & beautiful. Staff are so kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious comfortable. Certainly recommend hiring Doni and his car to take you on excursions or transfers.Thank you to you all. Chris & Susanna.
