Schönes Hotel in bester Lage, gern wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat war bekannt und die Alternative im Parkhaus weiter oben war Dank Seilbahn kein Problem. Die Gebühr war angemessen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich...

Cons:

... hätte aber gern etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Pros:

The cleanliness, privacy, and quiet were excellent, and the pool was fantastic. I also met Mrs. Jana, who manages the place; she is incredibly elegant and professional, knows her job very well, and does it with exceptional grace. Thank you. The breakfast was very varied and everything was beautifully presented.

Unable to contact the hotel
Pros:

We had an emergency situation and needed to contact the hotel regarding our booking....we were unable to contact the real person.... Called multiple times... Every time it is AI Service that answers your call and is never able to connect you to any representative or management.... Received call that I was unable to answer from some number that you cannot call back.... We have never experienced anything like this in the past and this is horrendous experience of pure ignorance towards customers

Es war ein sehr gelungener Wellness-Kurztrip ins schöne Karlsbad!
Pros:

Besonders hat uns die große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Serviceleute gefallen! Die Zimmer sind großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Betten waren bequem. Und , obwohl wir beide Vegatarier sind und das Buffet eindeutig für Fleisch- und Fischesser ausgerichtet war, waren wir mit dem Buffet sehr zufrieden, da es sonst sehr vielfältig war. Für die steigende Zahl der Vegetarier wäre ein warmes Gericht mit Tofu oder ähnlichem vielleicht eine gute Idee. Danke!

Отличное расположение в самом центре, что очень удобно для прогулок и изучения города. Сам отель невероятно стильный, с красивым интерьером. Pros:

Vyrazili jsme s dcerou jen na jeden den, chtěli jsme trošku poznat večerní Vary , být hned na kolonádě a večer se uvolnit v sauně a bazénku, moc jsme od toho nečekali ale hotel nás příjemně překvapil. Personál byl ochotný a vstřícný se vším poradit a pomoci. Při příjezdu jsme měli na pokoji dáreček, který mě moc potěšil. Sauna i bazén také super. Voda v bazénu je tedy trochu studenější ale je to asi i kvůli sauně aby jste se mohli někde příjemně svlažit. Pro malé miminka to asi úplně nebude. Vyspali jsme se do růžova, matrace na posteli byli tak akorát. K dokonalosti už nám chyběla jen snídaně. Recenze na snídaně tu nebyli nic moc ,dokonce kvůli snídaním,jsem přemýšlela i o jiném ubytování a to bych udělala velikou chybu. Kafe z kávovaru - výborné, džusy také dobré, žádné levné sladké napodobeniny, 4 druhy sýra,4 druhý salámu, vejce na dva způsoby, ovesná i krupicová kaše, zelenina a ovoce, pomazánky slanina, párečky a fazolky 6 druhů dezertů, 4 druhy pečiva, 4 druhy musli. Za mě úplně dostačující. Pokud váháte, tak neváhejte za tuhle cenu být hned na kolonádě je úplný luxus. My jsme určitě u vás nebyli naposledy !!! Děkujeme Lenka a Vanes z Bublavy

Расположение отеля хорошее, близко от центра, не шумно, близко от остановки общественного транспорта.
Персонал приветливый, ответственный, готовый помочь во всем, говорят на многих языках. Постель, полотенца все чистое, уборка каждый день или по договоренности( имею ввиду если гости не хотят чтоб у них убирали каждый день). Есть бассейн, сауна, можно заказать массаж. Отдых понравился не считая тех но...которые описаны ниже

Cons:

Отель уже требует ремонта, особенно покрового покрытия, оно ужастное, в этот раз все дни что мы там жили, přizemí и на 1 этаже, неприятно пахло канализацией.
И руководителям нужно тщательно выбирать повара, в этом году откровенно было плохо. На завтрак и ужин было примерно 5 видов основных блюд т.е если вы что то из этого не едите, то остаетсч 2-3 блюда для вас и все 5 дней они не менялись, т.е ты знаешь что будет на завтрак и ужин завтра, послезавтра и т.д. Цена на еду явно завышена. Это расстроило

Sehr gut ist die Lage und der Herr Martin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung wurde nur nach Aufforderung durchgeführt und im Spa Bereich waren keine frischen Tücher vorhanden. Gebrauchte Tücher vom Vortag wurden nicht mitgenommen.

wunderschöne Tage in Karlsbad, perfekt für einen Kurztrip----- allerdings das Parkplatzproblem!!!
