Good hotel, but the current administration can't manage it well.
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms were large, the breakfast was good. Some of the staff were great and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator was broken most of the time we were there amd nobody offered to help us lift heavy suitcases up the stairs.
I reminded that I had asked for rooms to be close to each other, but my request was ignored by the boy who checked us in.
Pillows were big and uncomfortable. The hotel didnt have softer pillows to chamge them.
In the spa, the wet sauna didnt work at all. The dry sauna worked intermittantly.
The hotel is understaffed. If I had to remind the staff that the sauna didnt heat well in the spa area on the fifth floor, I had to go down to the first floor on stairs, tell the receptionist and come back on stairs, since the elevator was broken.

Charmant
Pros:

Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich. Es war sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist top.
Das Hotel wirkt, wie in den 20 er Jahren. Absolut charmant.
Die Massage war ein Traum .

Cons:

Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Hin und wieder kleine Mängel , was der Charme aber weg macht .

Wir waren super zufrieden und Mega beeindruckt von der Stadt und der Architektur. Nicht zu vergessen ist das Heilwasser.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, wir haben alles Fußläufig erreicht. Das Personal ist Super 👍🏻. Dickes Dankeschön an Michaela im Service/ Restaurant, sie ist wunderbar, immer freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch Martin an der Rezeption ist toll. Er spricht deutsch und hilft gerne weiter.😃 Nicht zu vergessen ist der Pool auf dem Dach, mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Mega schön 🤩 Auch die Tai Massage, die wir im Voraus gebucht haben war unsagbar schön.🤩

Cons:

Die Sauna war leider zu klein, teilweise kaputt und die Duschkabine vor der Sauna ist defekt.

This not 4-star hotel!
Pros:

Only two things I can determine as good - location and pool.
First of all - the elevator was not work at all, from 06.08 till our leaving at 12.08. Our room was located on the third floor, and every day we were forced to to climb the steps on foot. At the last day I had to carry our suitcases down on foot.
The second thing - our room was cleaned up only one time, after my complaint to the desk.
We received one piece of soap only for two persons. I didn’t see this issue on any hotel which were visited starting from 2010. The shampoo was not filled up and it was over after 4 days of our stay.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not worked. Also minibar was not working properly.
I think that this hotel must remove two stars from its facade. This is NOT 4-stars hotel, maximum 2-stars.

Cons:

Der Ort ist schön aber das Hotel zu 100 Prozent nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Die Lage war schön

Cons:

Der Aufzug war defekt Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt in 5 tagen würde nicht einmal das Zimmer sauber gemacht das Abend essen jeden Tag das selbe würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen und die Frau an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich nur die ganze Zeit an ihrem Handy

Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, man kann alles gut erreichen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich.
Der Wellnessbereich war ok, ein bisschen was defekt aber im großen und ganzen in Ordnung.

Lage war sehr gut....

Cons:

Mit Wellness Hotel hat dieses Haus gar nichts zu tun,
Wir haben 2 Tage auf Bademäntel gewartet und Personal war im,, Wellnessbereich überhauptnicht zu finden.
Wir saßen 30 Minuten im Fahrstuhl fest und die Feuerwehr musste uns befreien... kann passieren.... Kein Wort des bedauerns vom Hotel.... Zimmerreinigung fand gar nicht statt.....
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht..... FEHLER.... das Abendessen war keine leckere böhmische Küche sondern wurde in mehreren Wärmebehältern lieblos hingestellt.... Ich musste jemand suchen der mir zum Essen ein Bier gab!!!
Wir sind dann zum Essen in ein Restaurant gegangen.
Bar für das Abendgetränk gibt's leider auch nicht..... Zusammenfassend war das nicht das was man erwartet.
Das geht leicht viiiiiiiel besser.
Dieses Hotel nie wieder.

Direkt im Kurzentrum, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Lampe übern Bett defekt, Fahrstuhl defekt
Dusche in der Badewanne aber kein Haltegriff,
Parken im Parkhaus war extrem teuer

Výborná lokalita na promenáde , krásny výhľad od bazénu

Cons:

Nepratali izby, raňajky chutné, ale stále to isté. Wellness bol len bazén. Jedna sauna, ktorá podstate nebola ani vyhriatá. Wellness hodnotíme velmi slabý.

Für ein kurztrip super man sollte aber nichts erwarten.
Pros:

Die Lage war top und die Freundlichkeitder Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Das Essen war kalt, und die Auswahl naja. Man wird erstmal satt.
Die Möbel sind abgewohnt. Das Schlafsofa war zerrissen im Stoff sowie die Sessel. Und auf dem Schlafsofa kann man auch nicht schlafen. Haben aber ein extra Bett dann bekommen.
