Очень вежливый персонал. Прекрасное местоположение, всё находится рядом. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак и ужен. Комната чистая и удобная. Мы были очень довольны.

Последний раз были в Олимпии в 2023 году, несмотря на то , что сам камерный отель и расположение мне очень нравится, сервис был ужасен, отзыв я писала, думала, что больше не поеду. Но в этот раз собрались на 3 дня, почитала свежие отзывы и решила протестировать.
Безусловно сервис стал гораздо лучше, у нас был полупансион, завтрак и ужин в формате шведского стола, выбор вполне приличный, особенно на ужин - рыба, 3 вида мяса, курица. Приятный и адекватный персонал, зона спа - достаточное количество простыней, не очень качественно, но отремонтировали скамейки в сауне. Перемены безусловно к лучшему

Cons:

Чуть больше уделить внимание уборке, особенно ванна и унитаз, восстановить дверь в женской душевой, следить за сауной - в одно из посещений сауна отключилась, когда мы зашли, температура была 44 градуса, пришлось идти на рецепцию, просить включить

Frühstück Buffet war ausreichend und Gut, Ausblick vom Zimmer Gut. Zimmer auch Gut

Cons:

Abendessen ist eine Katastrophe, 4 Tage fast immer das gleiche in Buffet form, kein Kaffee im Zimmer obwohl Wasser Kocher im Zimmer.
Für Touristen absolut keine Broschüren sowie Tips und Wegweiser für Attraktionen.

Úplně všechno, nejde nic vytknout,až na drobné maličkosti, ale ty si myslím, že jsou všude. Pán recepční ,který nás přijímal 14.6.2026 byl naprosto vstřícný, ochotný no prostě lidský 👍. Paní provozní, která se starala o snídaně také strašně milá, ochotná, pozorná, jen tak dál 👍. Držíme vám palce a určitě se vrátíme .

Cons:

Co je špatně je, že máji místo přímého kontaktu na recepci umělou inteligenci .👎 Nejde se objednat na přímo . 👎To si myslím ,že odradí lidi .

Byli jsme velice spokojeni. A zdravíme paní provozní. Milá a krásná paní.
Pros:

Skvělá obsluha začínaje pánem na recepci, obsluhou na snídaních a večeřích. Paní provozní velice milá a ochotná. Klidné ubytování v centru a vše po ruce. Snídaně a večeře bohaté, každý si vybere. Bazén úžasný. Příště opět klidně to samé ubytování. Moc všem děkujeme.

Cons:

Nedá se říct, že by se nám s mužem něco vyloženě nelíbilo. Matrace mohla být tvrdší a jedna větší manželská dohromady. Trochu hůře odtékala voda z vany. Ale to se dá opravit.

Elegantní hotel v dobré lokalitě
Pros:

Hotel v centru, vše v pěším dosahu. Kousek od hotelu spousta restauraci, doporučila bych Palackého plzeňskou restauraci. V recepci všichni milí a vstřícní, v pokoji na uvítanou láhev dobrého Prosecca. Postele pohodlné s vysokou matrací. Snídaně výborná, bohatý výběr sýrů, uzenin, pomazánky, sladké, slané, teplá i studená kuchyně. Bazén s masážní sprchou v ceně pokoje je příjemné osvěžení v horkých dnech. Wifi kvalitní.

Cons:

V koupelně bych preferovala sprchový kout místo vany.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were both generous, with a good variety of food and excellent quality.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the package that included wellness access and a massage. Unfortunately, we were unable to get our massage on the first day because all available slots were already fully booked.
I believe this could be managed better by the hotel. Guests who book packages that include a massage could be contacted in advance and offered the opportunity to reserve a preferred time slot before arrival. This would help ensure that all package benefits can be enjoyed as expected and improve the overall guest experience
