Pros:

Ive stayed at Avani a few times now, because of the pool and spa its my partner and I' usual go to for a staycation and theyre always so friendly and ammenities are clean as well as good views and spacious rooms

Cons:

I understand that they were doing their best with what rooms they may of had available but I did ask for a seperate bath and shower or just a shower and I ended up with a shower bath combination which is not great when youre 5ft.. made the shower situation very awkward for me and was not what I asked for or what they usually provide, our view wasnt great and our room had a smell that we dont normally encounter when we stay there

I feel like I don't want to write this.review.. you'll all want to stay here and the price will go up!!
Pros:

I have stayed in serviced apartments in Auckland a couple of days pretty much every week for the last two years. The Avani has stood out way above the others. It has it all (unlike many of the others - don't get me wrong, others are good but there is always something that lets them down, no A/C, slow wifi, no dish washer etc.).

The Avani has it all. Well appointed, spacious, clean, all the facilites, great Wi-Fi, air con, water pressure (who doesn’t want a good shower at then end of the day), great location, stunning views, and great value for money (I booked through yes you guessed it – Trivago).

This will be my go to… whenever I can get a competative price.

Pros:

I would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent with so many food options nearby. Close enough (but just far enough from) to Queen St and very close to the Viaduct.

Le calme de l'hotel ! Le sauna, la piscine et la salle de sport à disposition. le chauffage a bien fonctionné. le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le réfrigérateur... il était chaud. Dans l'absolu nous n'avions pas besoin d'utiliser le frigo car nous avons mangé toujours à l'extérieur, mais par exemple nous avions des boissons à préserver, nous avons dû les jeter.
