Рядом с вокзалом, в то же время на расстоянии от асоциальных граждан..
Отель маленький - это для меня плюс.

Un rapport qualité/prix/localisation/service difficile à battre.
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite, les installations sont modernes et propres et le personnel est exceptionel. Nous avons eu un pépin alors que notre fils a oublié sa tablette dans un hôtel précédent en Sicile. Ne parlant pas Italien, il nous était difficile de coordonner l’envoi de la tablette par messager. Le concierge a pris environ une heure de son temps pour nous assister ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

We stayed there one night the last night of our trip close to the train. It’s was perfect for that.
Pros:

2 bedrooms. Big bathroom. Very fancy looking. The breakfast included is at a cool restaurant a few doors down.

Cons:

Nothing.

The rooms were lovely. The staff was amazing. Super helpful, before the trip and during the trip. Especially Harry!

Quiet stay in Rome for family of 4.
Pros:

The location is perfect, on a quiet street but very close to Termini station and within walking distance to all major sites. Has great places to eat all around it. It was quiet, didn't hear anyone else there! The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The sitting area outside the rooms was great for a bit of alone time. The staff was available to assist with scheduling changes via whatsapp- so convenient.

Cons:

The sheets were stiff, but not a big deal.

great accommodation which lacks of personal service.
Pros:

It was very clean and when you got to see some staff, they were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Wall mounted hairdryer, not good, no diffuser either.
no explanation on how to use the coffee machine so ended up with an undrinkable cup of coffee. The same for the air conditioning, got lucky the first night and not so lucky the following night. No one to speak to either.
