mooie rustige locatie
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie aan het water. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht en er is een mooie spa aanwezig. Er werd een prima ontbijt geserveerd,

Cons:

Het hotel ligt afgelegen een auto (of taxi) is noodzakelijk om naar Karlovy Vary te reizen. Tijdens het diner waren we alleen in het restaurant dit was wat ongemakkelijk. Op 1 van onze kamers kon de verwarming niet uitgedraaid worden.

Pros:

Es ist ein schönes, kleines Hotel mit einem schönen Saunabereich. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass das Hotel über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz verfügt, allerdings ist die Lage nur für diejenigen, die mit einem eigenen Auto anreisen von Vorteil. Karlsbad ist etwa 15 Minuten Autofahrt von dem Hotel entfernt und man muss auch bedenken, dass das parken in Karlsbad eine Herausforderung ist. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, dennoch haben wir ein Taxi genommen, um nach Karlsbad zu fahren. Der Saunabereich ist schön, die Saunaräume aber sehr klein. In der einzigen finnischen Sauna sind es maximal drei Sitzplätze. Dafür sind aber genügend liegen und Ruheplätze vorhanden, sowohl innen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt auch viele schöne Natur-Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, hier muss man aber auch bedenken, dass diese nur mit einem Auto erreichbar sind. Insgesamt unser Eindruck vom Hotel: sehr nett, aber dennoch etwas überteuert.

Cons:

Leider ist der Ausblick aus den Zimmern nicht so hübsch, wie auf den Fotos. Der Stausee ist doch etwas klein und auf der anderen Seite ist der Wald fast komplett abgeholzt, anscheinend wegen Waldbrand. Natürlich hat das Hotel nichts dafür. Die Küche des Hotelrestaurants war an einem Abend etwas überfordert, als eine nicht angemeldete Gruppe von etwa zehn Personen ankam. Die anderen sechs oder acht Gäste mussten deswegen sehr lange auf das Essen warten. Dennoch ist es etwas komisch, denn das Restaurant ist ja eigentlich für viel mehr Personen ausgelegt. Gleichzeitig muss man hier positiv betonen, dass die Bedienung sehr bemüht war, die Wartezeit auszugleichen und insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich blieb. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Hotel nicht optimal.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in der Nähe von Karlsbad
Pros:

Die Liebe zum Detail, die freundliche Begrüßung mit Getränk und Kofferservice, die Zimmergestaltung, die Massage sowie der Wellnessbereich, die Sauberkeit, der beheizte Innenpool mit Gegenstromanlage und Düsen, der Whirlpool, der Balkon mit Seeblick und die kostenlose Minibar.

Cons:

Leider sind die Abläufe des Personals nicht ausgereift. So kam es, dass lange Zeit keine Hand- und Saunatücher im Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung standen, die Frühstücksoptionen von der Karte sehr lange dauerten (teilweise kalt waren), die Tische nicht abgeräumt sowie gewischt wurden und außerdem funktionierten die Finnische Sauna und die Infrarot-Sauna nicht richtig.

Pros:

Ein kleines sehr gemütliches Hotel mit besonders nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal.
Sehr sauber und ein schöner und gepflegter Spa-Bereich
Wir kommen auch gerne ein drittes Mal wieder :)

Cons:

Die Zusatzkosten für einen Parkplatz der direkt zum Hotel gehört dämpfen ein bisschen den ansonsten fast perfekten Aufenthalt. Gerade auch weil das Hotel ja auch fast nur motorisiert erreichbar ist und es keine außenstehenden Parkmöglichkeit gibt.

Schade, deshalb auch keine 10 Punkte

Good hotel good stuff
Pros:

nice and klean room
Good breakfast.This hotel always makes us feel at home. The location is very peaceful and quiet. We had contact with Anna, who was always ready to help us with any of our needs. On our last day, Anna offered to let us leave our suitcase in the room next to her office. She is always in a very good mood, making it easy to ask for assistance, knowing that she is always willing to help.

זה לא מלון ספא.
הג׳קוזי פושר, הבריכה לא מעניינת, אין טיפולי ספא.
השירות ממש גרוע: פקיד הקבלה הוא גם הברמן וגם המלצר בחדר האוכל, כך שלא ניתן לקבל שירות טוב באף חלק מחלקי המלון.
ביקשנו לבדוק טיפולי ספא ובכלל לא חזרו אלינו עם תשובות.
את החדר ניקו רק לאחר שהערנו שהחדר לא סודר, וגם זאת רק בשעות הערב.
לסיכום, מלון מקסים ברמת 5 כוכבים, שירות גרוע ברמת פנסיון זול.
