Relaxing break
Pros:

Really lovely spa hotel perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The staff such as Anastasia made sure we had a good experience and paid a local price for the taxis. We paid for the romance package for our honeymoon and it was very worthwhile including a massage each. The restaurant is very nice and the food was lovely. We had a good time. We didn’t realise until we checked out but the mini bar was free so make the most of it 😉

Cons:

As other guests have mentioned, it doesn’t have air conditioning yet which made it a little bit uncomfortable during the heatwave.

Cons:

Personal extrem desinteressiert. In unserem Zimmer hat es nach Kloake gerochen was vom Personal ignoriert wurde. Zudem ging die Lüftung im Bad nicht. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist ohne jegliche Kompensation.

Služby, které hluboce zaostávají za jakýmkoliv akceptovatelným standardem pětihvězdičkového hotelu.
Pros:

Příjemný a čistý apartmán (kromě zápachu). Bohužel, to je jediné co mohu pochválit v 5* hotelu.

Cons:

Při našem příjezdu se na recepci nenacházel žádný pracovník. Byli jsme nuceni opakovaně zvonit a čekat. Přítomná pracovnice následně prokázala nedostačující znalost českého jazyka, což výrazně ztížilo komunikaci. Vyvrcholením byla její neschopnost vystavit a vytisknout daňový doklad (fakturu) s odůvodněním, že „to neumí“.
Dále nám bylo stroze oznámeno, že hotelová restaurace je na večer zcela uzavřena z důvodu soukromé narozeninové oslavy manželky majitele hotelu. Upřednostnění soukromé akce před ubytovanými hosty považuji v 5* hotelu za zcela nepřijatelné. Vzhledem k tomu, že se hotel nachází mimo centrum města a v jeho bezprostředním okolí není žádná možnost stravování, byli jsme ponecháni bez jakékoliv možnosti večeře či objednání jídla na pokoj. Hotel nezajišťoval žádnou alternativu (room service, zajištění odvozu či doporučení partnery).
Kvalita i nabídka snídaně byla na úrovni, která neodpovídá ani 3* standardu. Nabídka byla vyčerpaná a personál ji nedokázal doplňovat. Zároveň bylo zjevné, že hotel trpí kritickým nedostatkem personálu – stejná slečna, která nezvládala práci na recepci, zajišťovala i obsluhu u snídaní.
Příkladem naprosto neprofesionálního přístupu byla situace s kávou: Po objednání jednoho cappuccina nám byly doručeny dva šálky s komentářem obsluhy, že „je to stejně zadarmo, tak si máme nechat obě“. Takový styl komunikace a nerespektování je v luxusním segmentu zcela nemyslitelný.
Jako platící hosté jsme za své peníze obdrželi služby, které hluboce zaostaly za jakýmkoliv akceptovatelným standardem pětihvězdičkového hotelu v Karlových Varech. Namísto odpočinku a reprezentativního servisu jsme čelili zákaznickému nezájmu, absenci stravování a nekompetentnosti personálu.

Vše velmi dobré. Mám v plánu se vrátit.
Pros:

Líbila se mi zejména příroda okolo hotelu a wellness.

Cons:

Trochu mě zklamala nemožnost na místě vyměnit příliš velký pokoj za menší, více odpovídající.

Zároveň ovšem přiznávám, že situace vznikla mou chybou na Booking.com.

Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer, durch eine Verbindungsrür konnten wir von einem zum anderen Zimmer und wir hatten einen gemeinsamen Balkon.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut: tolles Buffet, zusätzlich kann man z.B. Rühreier ala card bestellen.
Pool und Sauna waren sehr schön eingerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man spürte ein angenehmes Personalklima in diesem Hotel.

Pros:

The room was cozy and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking was free on a dedicated lot.

Cons:

The staff felt very cold and unwelcoming. During our check-in, one receptionist whispered to another one about our room not being ready in front of us. We wanted to try the private spa offered on the hotel's web page but were told it was not possible as other people stayed there late beyond the opening hours. The room AC wasn't working. The shower gel bottle was almost empty and ran out during our one night stay. During check-out, nobody asked if we liked the stay and we were just sent on our way.

Never again.
Pros:

dinner was good, dinner service was abymsal, with the lone waitress, doubling as the evening receptionist had an argument with a client who refused to pay for an item that either never arrived or was sent to the table late. Breakfast was decent enough, nothing grand, just ok.

Cons:

The service is a joke. Fawlty towers without the humour. At check-in we we were told, no, ordered, to go wait because the single receptionist was confounded by another guest's documents. 30 mins later we were offered a welcome drink and only after physically hanging around the receptionist were we allowed to hit the room - and she didn't complete the actual check-in process till much later, and returned our docs the next morning. The room service number returns a czech recorded message saying the AI system is out of order. Had to go down to reception to be told that an alleged 5 star hotel does not have irons or ironing boards (not even 1) and don't have a housekeeping service that could at least iron a pair of pants and a shirt for the evening. To be fair, the receptionist did help by offering her own crease removal spray, that kinda worked.

Oh, the "deluxe" room i ordered actually shared a balcony with the room next door, literally zero privacy - unheard of in decades of travelling.

Personeel van het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

- Sauna's werkten niet op de aangegeven tijden.
- Personeel bij inchecken sprak gebrekkig engels waardoor de procedure rommelig verliep.
- Hotel rekent kosten voor parkeren, hier waren wij door verrast.

Замечательное место, тихо, спокойно, на берегу водоема и посреди леса.
Сказочное здание! Очень хорошая спа зона.
У нас была комната люкс с большой ванной, балконом и видом на лес. Шикарно!!

Cons:

Уборка могла быть тщательней - 1 раз нам не вынесли мусор и не добавили бумагу, только поменяли полотенца.
Для гостиницы такого уровня - ожидалось лучше, но не критично.
