Velké zklamání. Tomuto hotelu bychom 5 hvězdiček rozhodně nepřisoudili.

Cons:

Byli jsme tři rodiny a bohužel jsme odjížděli všichni velmi nespokojení.

Největším problémem byly snídaně. Každý den jsme neúměrně dlouho čekali na obsluhu i na objednané jídlo. Personál se sice neustále omlouval, ale tím to vždy skončilo. Omluvy jsme během pobytu slyšeli snad třicetkrát, žádné skutečné řešení ale nepřišlo.

Kvalita podávaného jídla navíc neodpovídala očekávání. Jedno z jídel jsme museli vrátit, protože nebylo v pořádku. Ani v této situaci nám nebyla nabídnuta žádná kompenzace nebo snaha situaci aktivně napravit.

Po návratu jsme si přečetli recenze ostatních hostů a zjistili jsme, že popisují stejné problémy, jaké jsme zažili i my. Je škoda, že jsme je nečetli před rezervací – tento hotel bychom si jinak nevybrali.

Hotel jsme nejprve kontaktovali soukromě a dali mu možnost celou situaci vyřešit. Ani poté jsme se nedočkali žádné odpovídající reakce ani finanční kompenzace.

Do tohoto hotelu se již nikdy nevrátíme a vzhledem k naší zkušenosti ho nemůžeme doporučit

Ich werde leider dieses schöne Schlößchen, Lage mega an dem Stausee nicht mehr buchen.

Frühstück war mega , außer den Gästen die sich einfach nicht benehmen können

internet, so gut wie keine Verbindung, Fernseher nur 4 oder 5 Programme auf deutsch, gerade in der Grenzregion, auf dem Balkon waren Fließen locker, man kann stolpern, in der Duche ist fast unmöglich den Griff zum anmachen und umstellen auf Brause zu bedienen, die Duschtür ging so schwer auf, dass ich mir den Finger gestoßen habe, das er 3 Tage weh getan hat. leider ist das Verhältnis 5 Sterne Preis und Essen nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, wir haben zu 2. -- 100 Euro bezahlt unglaublich! schade, dass die Mittarbeiter nicht so richtig auf deutsch weiter helfen konnten um das Essen zu beschreiben oder uns zu helfen, was wir da wirklich bekommen, so das man auch eine kleine Veränderung vornehmen konnte, Soße weg, warum kein Salat bei den Speisen dabei waren. Schade schade schade. Mein mann könnte noch mehr schreiben, er sagt aber es macht keinen Sinn.
In der Buchung hatte ich schriftlich mit angegeben, das ich gerne éine Badewanne hätte, da ich auf einem Bein schlecht stehen kann, (chronisches Morbus Sudek - unglaubliche Nervenschmerzen) dss wurde nicht berücksichtigt. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand dann nur -- Sie haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Dusche oder Badewanne gebucht -- schade!
Die Mitarbeiter haben sich echt bemüht, aber wenn der Chef aufgeblobbt ist, spürte man eine Verunsicherung und Stress unter den jungen Kolleginnen.

Good and clean location. Across the river there is a big and busy road which is noisy. The rooms have no air condition and with hot temperature we were forced to keep windows open, but heard the noisy street. It seemed that the personnel was a bit understuffed, but tried to do their job as good as they can. Special rooms for bikes in such a remote location were not available, but alternative was offered. The wellness area was good, but no drinks or water offered, normal for such locations. From that perspective we expected a bit more, especially compared to how the hotel was presented

Hotel sa nachádza v peknom tichom prostredí kde je večer skutočne ticho a kľud. Hotel je velice pekný a velice pekný wellness ktorý bol takmer stále prázdny takže ste tam mali kľud. V hoteli nachádza len 19 izieb takže máte wellness skoro vždy pre seba. Izba je cista a priestranná s obrovskou kúpeľňou. Každá izba má balkón s výhľadom na jazero. V izbe je klimatizácia a minibar. Na môj vkus mala TV a mohla byť smart v takomto hoteli ale nie je to veľká prekážka. Raňajky boli super a večera tak isto, velice chutná sviečková. Hotel sa nachádza 10 minút autom od centra Karlových Varov, bol vyšiel na 20€

Cons:

Bohužiaľ nespĺňa servis 5 hviezdickoveho hotela. Počas nášho pobytu nebola 24 hodinová recepcia, teda nebol tam takmer nikto počas celého víkendu. Personál boli dve dievčatá ktoré tam boli podľa ich slov par dni a museli robiť recepciu obsluhu aj lounge bar takže absolútne nestíhali. Tak isto žiadny car servise ako by malo pri 5 hviezde byt nie ze by som to potreboval ale je to štandard. Počas vecere nás obsluhoval kuchár pretože sme boli obsluhou ignorovany 30 minút. Tak isto žiadny servis na izbu. Je to velice škoda pretože tento hotel má neskutočný potenciál ale mal by zapracovať na personále. Pre doplnenie poviem ze v pondelok tam bol iný personál bolo ich viac a vyzeralo to tak.l ako by malo. Na recepcii sedela stále jedna osoba a v reštaurácii sme boli na raňajkách obskakovani. Personál bol super. Bohužiaľ v ten deň som mal check out takže mam skúsenosť len z víkendu.

Kann man mal machen
Pros:

Licht und Schatten. Am besten gefallen hat uns der Spa Bereich. Gut für 2-3 Stunden. Für einen Wellness Tag reicht es nicht.

Cons:

Ganz klar ist das kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Dafür hat es schonmal viel zu wenig und teilweise schlecht ausgebildetes Personal. Auch hatte unser Superior DZ keinen Holzboden wie beschrieben, sondern verschrammtes Linoleum und Teppich. Ausstattung generell kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Da hilft auch nicht die kostenlose Minibar. Der Ausblick auf den Stausee ist schön, wenn da nicht der Krach der Straße gegenüber wäre. Der Außenbereich (unser Balkon) oder die Terrasse vom Restaurant wirkt ungepflegt und ist nicht besonders sauber. Überall Spinnenweben. Man könnte die Liste fortsetzen.
Mit mehr und vor allem gutem Personal ließe sich hier sicher noch einiges rausholen.

Der Wellnessbereich ansich auch jedoch mit Schäden
Das Essen war okay

Es gab keine Klima
Die Saunen sind bis 22 Uhr geöffnet aber schon 20.30 Uhr aus
Das Wasser in der Dusche ab 23 Uhr eiskalt
Das Licht im Zimmer ging nicht richtig
