Pros:

Boa roupa de cama, boa pressão da água do chuveiro, bom ar condicionado, localização excelente, cordialidade dos funcionários, gostei muito da disposição dos chalés, local bonito.

Sinal do Wi-Fi fraco, e de fato, para quem fica nas últimas fileiras é uma boa caminhada/subida.

Um bom ambiente.
Com bastante opções, bom café da manhã, com bastante opções, os apartamentos são bons, área bem organizada, verde, boa opção de piscinas.

Cons:

O problema maior e só para a gente, foi a questão das escadas, por ser em um terreno bastante inclinado, tem bastante lances de escada, ruim para a gente que tem criança pequena, mas eles tem uns carrinhos elétricos lá se precisar, mas por ser uma logística não muito legal de estar indo atrás, preferimos ir andando mesmo, e por ter pego o 4° acabas andado um pouco, se não tiver problemas com isso, o restante está tudo certo.

O quarto mt confortável e limpo, café da manhã bem variável.

Cons:

No check in levamos quase 1 hora na fila, só tinham 02 atendentes e no horário das 14:00h, onde todos estavam chegando ao mesmo tempo. Ai depois disso, acredito que por ter mt gente, o rapaz q levou nossas coisas ao quarto, saiu na frente e a gente bem atrás.. deixou tudo na porta do quarto e saiu. Quando chegamos estava nossas malas no chão, nos aguardando chegar no quarto.

Localização boa. Tudo limpo. Mas café muito simples. Quarto muito básico. Está meio decadente.

Localização. Limpeza. Segurança. Hotel não estava lotado. Isso tudo foi bom.

Cons:

Pessoas em geral (funcionários) bastante desanimados e cabisbaixos. Café da manhã muito simples. Academia muito antiga e sem variedades. Roupa de cama e toalhas muito simples (igual pensão).

Equipe do hotel atenciosa e solicita. Café da manhã diversificado e bem servido. Vista muito bonita da praia. Espaço do quarto.

O hotel fica em um morro íngreme, então circular pela área do hotel ou descer até a praia exige esforço físico.

Ótima estádia, recepção super organizada, quarto fabuloso com linda vista, lugar bem cuidado, lindas janelinhas azuis e jardins bem cuidados, boa localização colada ao morro do careca com saída bem em frente a praia.
