Very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was okay and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The carpets need cleaning, there were only 2 available Tv channels, the shower floor and wall tiles were dirty and required a deep clean. Generally the rooms are dated and in need of upgrading, defiantly not worthy of a 4 star rating in our opinion.
Lastly, the web site mentions offers dinner in their on site restaurant, which was was important to us - not possible as the restaurant is closed in the evenings and has been for some time,

Convenient, thankyou
Pros:

Perfectly central. Staff accommodated our walking-challenged family member by changing booked room to ground floor with minimal stairs. Staff also suggested changing our room to be next to her room. A good idea as we were able to lend a helping hand. As we were placed in the coldest room due to its location, we were given over and above an air-con, an extra heater, which solved the problem. A really convenient stay, thank you

Lovely staff and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Central within walking distance to restaurants

Cons:

There were customers coming in at 4h in the morning and were very loud for a long time. They sorted them out the next morning

Cons:

This hotel cannot be rated as a 4 star. Needs a lot of maintenance and upkeeping.
The available tv channels are very restricted. Electrical connections are very outdated and limited. Towels need replacement. Carpets is worn out. Shower heads need to be upgraded. Single ply toilet paper. It seems that no upgrading has been done since start up.

It was very cold.No heating.I had to get my sleeping bag from my car but was still cold,so did not sleep well.Bar was closed but staff did manage tovget ne bottled water from bar No visible security in place day or night.I had to call and waited long before gate was opened on arrival.Could not open blinds.TV did not work

Could of been better
Cons:

Took a while for someone to open the gate , don’t know where he/ she was .The Linen was dirty, carpet in room wasn’t cleaned, general carpet going to room wasn’t vacuumed or brushed at all was terribly dirty.
