A Tv apesar de ser smart, os aplicativos de streaming nem abriam para acessá-los. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Janelas com trincados demonstram desleixo da gestão.

Uma experiência inesquecível em um hotel incrível.
Pros:

Simplesmente o melhor hotel em que já me hospedei! O local é extremamente limpo, o atendimento é excelente e todos os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções. O quarto é super confortável, a localização é ótima, bem próxima de tudo (metrô, shopping e restaurantes), e o chuveiro é maravilhoso!

Cons:

O único ponto que me incomodou foi a porta do quarto, que parecia não fechar corretamente. Fora isso, minha experiência foi excelente. Com certeza voltarei!

Café da manhã é simples mas o que comi era bom.
De doce só comi as frutas, então não tenho como avaliar bolo ou pão doce. Frutas estavam boas também .
