Time of arrival has to be communicated.
Our standard check in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the reception close at 8:00 pm.
Arrivals outside these hours must be accepted by the property and arranged prior to arrival.
Also, please note a surcharge of 20 euro applies for eventual arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying a surcharge, is 10:00 pm. Not arriving by 8:00 pm without any notice, it is considered -no show-.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel is what made our visit to Florence 10x better! The location is perfect, everything is within a walkable distance. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pretty.

Pros:

1. 主人是一對夫妻，非常親切好客，跟我們介紹了很多好玩好吃的地方，真的很開心。
2. 雖然是共用衛浴，但是真的很乾淨，主人家很辛勤的打掃。
3. 房間硬體也不錯，房間內還有自己的洗手台，很好。

Cons:

1. 沒有冷氣，僅有一個非常小的電扇，真的挺崩潰的，我在2026/6/21~26的那幾天，每天真的都覺得好熱好悶，真的挺崩潰，但是他有事前說明沒有冷氣；但只能說自己低估了熱度。
2. 共用衛浴需要與六個人共用，有時需要等；且你在前一個人出來，馬上再進去的話，就不會那麼乾淨。

Great place! Fantastic location & lovely rooms.
Pros:

Tout est parfait!

L'accueil chaleureux, les conseils précieux concernant la ville, les restaurants et bars, les promenades et même les endroits où aller faire un jogging.

L'appartement et la chambre sont confortables et ont beaucoup de charme.

La situation est excellente, on se rend d'un côté de la ville vers l'autre en quelques instants.

Notre séjour sur Florence fut un plaisir grâce à Alessio et Asumi.

Ich wurde so toll empfangen, habe tolle Tipps für die Stadt bekommen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die kleinen Origami in der Dekoration sind wunderschön. Alles mit viel Liebe ausgestattet!!! Kann ich nur empfehlen..

Excelente estancia
Pros:

La hospitalidad,.atención y gran ayuda que nos brindaron Alessio y Asumi ni mas llegar tras sufrir un inconveniente ha sido maravilloso y les agradecemos muchísimo.
La ubicación del hotel es fenomenal, en minutos estás en los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
La limpieza de la habitación es increíble cuidando cada detalle..
No son habitaciones que se escuche ruidos del exterior, consiguiendo con esto un descanso óptimo.

Cons:

No es una critica, pero si tener en cuenta que no tiene aire acondicionado, si ventilador y no poseen de televisión.
