Both breakfast and dinner were nicely cooked and presented.
Cannot put finger on the root reason but somehow must be a management derived issue resulting in mealtimes with a continual aire of stress.
Took the edge off the stay otherwise a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast was excellent, always served hot. The choice was very good. The evening meal we had was excellent, though there could have been a bit more choice for vegetarians. Our room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a little frustrating at first to have to book a pool time though I think this was mainly to do with health and safety.

We paid £170 for a box room with a view of a corridor. We paid cheaper than that at a B and B the day before and got an excellent view and room was bigger.

The staff are so welcoming and the hotel is comfortable and clean.
They are situated on a hill with a beautiful view but unfortunately our room was a the very back of the. So next time I would request a room at the front.

Lovely location. And room beautiful food in the restaurant and breakfast very good.
Dining and breakfast times .no leaway and felt a bit uncomfortable.. Staff don't have time to mingle and chat with guests. . Breakfast menu misleading. Choice isn't what it seems. .
And room rules ... surely your insurence covers for accidental damage a guest might do. Not expect the guest to pay if a genuine accident happens..
Room was beautiful but the easy chairs need recovered. They let the room down

The whole hotel was beautifully decorated. The furniture was gorgeous. The views were lovely.
Staff were friendly.
It's quite high up on a hill, so no good if you have mobility issues.
It was a bit awkward during the night when needing the toilet. I couldn't find a light to see where I was going.
Room was amazing it was an occasion room .
