Cons:

Trato, hotel vacío la reserva decía frente a la playa y nos mandaron enfrente al otro hotel, cruzando la calle, nono respetaron lo reservado, pasillos sin luz, TENEBRE LA SENSACION, tenias que prender la linterna de tu teléfono para poder abrir la puerta, la televisión no se pudo prender, lo quise reportar por teléfono y no servía

ESTANCIA INCÓMODA
Pros:

La ubicación y piscina bien, pero no tenía restaurante, aunque cerca de ahí hay muchos establecimientos para alimentos

Cons:

Pagué una habitación con vista al mar y al final nos tuvieron que reubicar porque el clima no funcionaba; en la habitación que nos reubicaron el baño se tapaba. No hay acceso al mar porque hay muchas piedras, LA ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL INCÓMODA, lo que ayudó fue que a los alrededores teníamos muchas cosas a la mano

Me agrado la habitación con vista al mar, que tienes todo lo que necesitas cerca, la Alberca y las instalaciones en general muy agradables.

Que es una área del mar donde no es apto para meterte y si me hubiera gustado una pantalla TV más grande

I felt that the picture of the hotel is deceiving

The place was clean, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has two buildings. We were placed in the other building. I didn’t care for it. To stay in the building showed in the picture it was a 30.00 dollars upgrade.

No tenía tapón el jacuzzi, tampoco burbujas de baño,ni sandalias a si que si eligen suites asegúrense antes de su reserva que cuenten con ella...tampoco logré comunicarme por medio de teléfono de la habitación no funcionó lo demás excelente

Cons:

En mi cuarto había cucarachas, estábamos muy alejados de la alberca y no te avisan que habitación tienes hasta que llegas, hay 2 opciones hotel y casa la segunda opción tiene la alberca , por último te dan un reglamento que no cumplen y no hay quien vigile ya que con propinas solucionan todo.

We ended up in the main building behind the pool building, on the 1st floor. Very noisy from plumbing (heard every neighbors flushes) and street noise.
