O cheiro de cigarro da funcionária no carrinho de limpeza no corredor, e a iluminação que não funcionava no quarto. O barulho do quarto de cima era insuportável.

Deu pra passar o fim de semana.
Pros:

quarto amplo, banheiro limpo e amplo, café da manhã excelente, boa localização do hotel, área da piscina tranquila e com vista bonita.

Cons:

o atendimento. quando liguei considerei o atendente bem gentil e simpático. mas chegando lá eles estavam com cara de quem comeu algo e não gostou kkkk educação pra mim é tudo, sabe? tinha uma mulher lá na recepção que nem sorriso dava. achei rude demais. eles precisam melhorar!! e teve uma noite que cheguei lá e um falou bem alto “cadê o teu cartão?” como se eu fosse entrar lá sem a droga do cartão. enfim… precisam mudar e melhorar muito nesse sentido. aqui em Ribeirão as pessoas não costumam ser assim. não sei o que rolou com esse hotel mas não gostei não. o cheiro do produto de limpeza tbm poderia ser menos forte pois me deu alergia.

Boa localização, ambiente organizado e limpo.
Pros:

Adoramos a localização, quarto limpinho e organizado. Chuveiro quentinho e boa pressão de água. O café da manhã é bem servido, tem bastante opção. No geral gostamos muito da hospedagem.

Cons:

O único ponto de melhoria é organizar melhor os horários que a colaboradora da limpeza vai aos quartos. Ainda não tínhamos saído e a colaboradora abriu a porta sem a menos bater. Foi um pouco constrangedor.
