Conheço e já fiquei algumas vezes nesse hotel.
Da última vez, me disseram ter apenas um último apartamento DE LUXO .
Cansada, aceitei.
Já tinha ficado outras vezes em apartamentos, por valores económicos, melhores que o que me foi destinado :
sem banheira, frigobar vazio e desligado, no banheiro, toalha de banho e outra, menor que, se fosse de rosto, faltava o piso do banheiro, se piso, faltava a toalha de rosto.

Gosto da atenção dos funcionários. Todos.

Cons:

Me apresentarem e me cobrarem Apartamento de Luxo quando , de todas as vezes que fiquei, foi o mais caro e o pior.
De maneira geral, um apartamento simples me atende.

Uma sugestão : mais de uma alternativa de travesseiro. São altos. Acabei por colocar numa fronha um cobertor dobrado.

A localização é boa, o café da manha é bom. Os funcionários sao educados

Cons:

O quarto estava com pó nos móveis, móvel com mofo, geladeira estava cheia d água e ja vazando, quando abri derramou tudo no chão .
O abajur com mal contato fazendo barulho de curto circuitos, somente no dia seguinte veio um funcionário pra verificar a instalação elétrica.
Paredes estao com mofo e reboco estufando na parede
Considero falta de respeito pelo valor cobrado deveria ser melhor a acomodação .
