We have stayed at the Hiighbrook previously and will stay there in future.
Pros:

Booking directly was easily accomplished. The gentleman who received us on our first day was very friendly but also very efficient and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and warm.

Cons:

The younger male who was on the desk at reception when we were leaving it felt like we were intruding on him. He may have been having a bad day though. There were no smiles or conversation at all.

One of the best Quest sites I have stayed at in NZ
Pros:

The rooms are fabulous
It’s a perfect venue for my visits to Auckland

Cons:

Just slightly hard to find google maps gets confused I have stayed there before so kinda knew what I was looking for

Quiet, clean, well equipped and comfortable, at a reasonable price
Pros:

Very clean, tidy and well equipped unit. Comfortable bed and pillows. Secure parking was appreciated, although it was an additional cost.

Cons:

The apartments were situated in a quiet part of Tamaki, which suited us, but maybe not everyone.
