Am rugat să am parcare pentru mașina personală
Mi s-a răspuns ca voi avea loc de parcare deoarece au 500de locuri și din a treia zi a fost închisă intrarea la parcare pe la barieră ,ar fi trebuit să intru prin alt loc total nepotrivit pentru mașina mea deoarece este o mașină sport și foarte joasă ..în niciun caz nu aveam cum intră pe acolo ,asta dacă nu vroiam să rămân cu bara ruptă !

Pros:

The hotel accommodated me with one free breakfast when my second guest had to cancel their trip ( I requested myself because the option was available when i was booking, if i had booked for one person ). They also accommodated my request for a late checkout which i appreciated. The price was reasonable at the time of my stay. Gym was equipped super well equipped

Cons:

Most of the staff seem untrained for a 5 star hotel and their general behavior was not welcoming. Out of ten people i interacted with only two or three were pleasant. I simply requested a spoon to be sent to the room twice, and they just did not do it. After one hour of waiting since my first request i called reception and informed them that they must have forgotten and repeated my request and instead of an apology or show of concern they asked me when exactly i had requested it and again... no follow up. It felt more like a weak 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel. I think they are running per hospitality standards of istanbul which are quite low compared to other countries i have visited, which to me is unreasonable for an international hotel brand. Generally very disappointing. The health club staff were also clearly not trained for hospitality and not helpful or even available all the time. More issues here and there. I would happily pay more than i did if the hotel didnt have so many minor issues, but I wouldnt book again even for a discount

فندق نظيف وممتاز بالقسم الاوروبي بس شوي بعيد عن اغلب الاماكن السياحية يبعد عن اكواريوم ومجمع فلوريا تقريبا 10 دقايق بالسيارة وكذلك مول اوف استانبول يبعد عن مطار اسطنبول 30 دقيقه بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز والموظفين جدا خدومين وبشوشين
