I loved the lounge looking towards the park with nice seating. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It would be great if there was a few shelves to put your toiletries on in the bathroom.

Was good location, cold living areas, bedrooms warm facilities good, not impressed by dirty bedding
Pros:

First night I got eaten alive I dont think the sheets had been changed, I did however get new bedding once I complained and was told by the maid bedding gets done every 7-9 weeks so was disgusted with that. After bedding was changed I did not get bitten again.

Pros:

4泊したのですが、物価の高いオークランドで、キッチン設備が整っていて、助かりました。食器類、ざる、まな板、包丁、ふきん、塩、胡椒、冷蔵庫、食洗機、洗剤などたいていのものはあります。洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、毎日洗濯してました。洗濯用洗剤も毎日置いてくれていました。海やスカイタワーまでは歩いて20分程度。街中のホテルほどロケーションがいいとはいえないかもしれませんが、散歩と思えば楽しかったです。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーでした。

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location for our night' Easy secure parking. Staff were very helpful and lovely greetings.

Cons:

Only problem was the tiolet holder too far behind instead of front seating.

Pros:

The location is walkable to the harbour side and CBD but it is 30 minutes or so!
Nice to have a kitchen/washing machine facilities!
Very clean no dusty bits etc housekeeping do an amazing job!
Good sized towels in bathroom an nice an fluffy much better than I had expected.
Nice view across the park from my room.

Cons:

The unit overall was small, as only 1 person that was ok but combination of an odd layout (long narrow kitchen/dining area) as well as a very small bathroom that had a washer and dryer in, no way 2 people could possibly be in there at once!
It is on main Rd so you do get some noise at night especially!

Pros:

Parking was convenient (right next door at the church). Large spacious 2 bed apartment. Easy check in. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking was a bit pricey, but as it's external there's probably not much they can do.

Fantastic city stay
Pros:

Great location just a short stroll to the harbour area and CBD.
Brilliant facilities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic to have a washer and dryer as well as a very well equipped kitchen.
Very quiet considering the location.
