I have always stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru during my business trips here. The guest service in this hotel is always excellent. I would like to commend the following people for making my stay here this week very comfortable. They are polite, attentive and very helpful. From the Executive Lounge, I want to thank Nishant and Sukhpal for being topnotch. From the Front Desk, Ambrish Singh has always remembered me when I come back to the hotel for business. Ambrish is very attentive and proactive in making sure I am helped. From the Restaurant, Nadim makes sure I am able to have the special drink I request every morning: Carrot, Apple, Spinach and Ginger drink. He also anticipates a need for a to-go snack for when I go to the customer office. I truly appreciate these people and give JW Marriott a big thumbs up!

What makes this property so special is that excellence here is not confined to one department — it is reflected consistently across the entire guest experience. Whether it was the room/suite during this visit, housekeeping, the spa, food & beverage, concierge, laundry, front office, or the overall management, everything felt polished, thoughtful and wonderfully well put together.
The property runs with a certain ease and confidence that only comes from strong leadership and a genuinely service-driven culture. Gaurav Sinha deserves full credit for leading this outstanding Marriott asset with such elegance and distinction — and it truly shows.
A special mention also to Ananya Bannerji and Divya, who help ensure the guest journey feels seamless and beautifully stitched together, with no loose ends.
At the front desk, Pooja Singh and Bishan made the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Warm, gracious, efficient and extremely polished.
Housekeeping was excellent, and Rajita in particular stood out for her instinctive understanding of guest preferences and attention to detail. It is little things like these that elevate a stay from good to memorable.
The culinary experience was, as always, exceptional. The quality, variety and depth of the food offering is seriously impressive. Every meal felt thoughtfully executed, and the team deserves applause — Chef Rohan Malwankar, Chef Dorjee, Chef Qureshi, Chef Bipul Deka, and Chef Afzal Mehmood are a formidable lineup.
Equally impressive was the F&B service team: Prabhu, Pradeep Kumar, Vikas Bhardwaj, Harshit, Sanjay, Deepak Singh, and Deepu — all of whom brought warmth, attentiveness and genuine care to the table. A special mention for Deepu, who is an absolute star.
The Spa was top class too. Jayanti, who leads it, along with Lynda, ensured a calm, elevated and consistently excellent wellness experience.
I could go on naming more people, and that perhaps says the most about this hotel — excellence here feels cultural, not occasional.

This hotel is my absolute favorite in Bengaluru. The minute I walk in , I know am in good hands and my stay will be relaxed and worry free . The staff specially the front desk people are excellent. I had a health issue on the road , on one of my previous stays and the attention and care I got was nothing short of being at home . Front desk manager Sanchita Dutta came to take care of me in a hotel vehicle and saw to it that I was seen by a doctor etc.
Since then I have visited again and will surely be staying here whenever am in Bengaluru .
