I always look forward to my stay at the JW in Bangalore. Especially for the executive lounge. Nishant, Priya and Sukhpal are excellent and attentive hosts. It is a great place to work, collaborate as a team and to relax overlooking the beautiful view. The food and the hospitality are top notch.
Loved my stay at JW Marriott, the room was neatly done and special care was taken by Raman from housekeeping. Raman made sure the tub was beautifully done up after a long day, his care and hospitality goes a long way and I really appreciate him. The staff at JW Marriott are top notch and eager to give the best experience. I would love to stay with you again and enjoy the amazing view of Cubbon Park and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony with a cup of tea.
Everything about my stay was very comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and helpful to address any need that came up. I especially appreciated Robi and Mahesh who were the primary housekeepers for my room. My room was always very clean and neat after their service. They always paid close attention to details and made sure they were meeting my needs and requests.
Lovely, thoughtful hospitality. Excellent food and great location. Mr. Chinmay and Mr. Kevin in particular helped make my stay exceptional.

I visited Bengaluru for work in July. I was well looked after by the hotel staff especially Nishant and Sukhpal in the Executive Lounge. They were very good at anticipating my needs and assisting with choices. Excellent wit also. Also, Binay was fantastic with keeping the room straight and well stocked with water. Thanks to all 🙏🏼
Best staycation for business trip. Honestly staff is very well in customer services. Room is old but services are amazing. Special thanks Nitya and his Manager Gaurav. Both are very helpful professionals. Nitya made my entire stay so good by making small arts with flowers. Food at JW kitchen is also good so far. It seems menu is same everyday in breakfast , but it was nice. Gym is good to in this hotel. Well recommended hotel to everyone. Thanks

Just a small suggestion - the pool sun loungers don’t have any parasol or umbrellas when the sun was beaming down in the morning times, would be good to have some options
