Nice accommodations, friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the value was exceptional. We did not have time to enjoy the pools, but they looked nice and we hope to use them next visit. The breakfast was good, but did end up waiting some for things to be restocked, guess we went down at the busy time.

Not bad, but I won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Staff seemed irritated when approached. The door to the lobby from the back building was locked, and we had to walk outside and around to go to the lobby. When we went to check out, the main lobby door was locked too and we were delayed about an hour getting on the road waiting for someone to open it for us to checkout.

Cons:

Lady at front desk at check in. Not very nice sordof hateful, no parking if you come back late at night. Had to park on the side of the parking entrance up the hill 2 of the nights because there were no spots available

Horrible , very very disappointing, rude grumpy staff and old dingy rooms!

Front desk employees are rude and condescending very grumpy. Don’t ask for extra towels they act as if you’re stealing . Charged $60 extra for my 2 grandkids even though we had already paid thru booking.com and asked for 2 queen beds . Old dingy beds and sheets and mattress like sleeping on hard wood, the room was damp the entire stay and mgmt never responded to a refund of we checked out after the first night. Mgr responded and message was if a first grader had written it. Never ever will I stay there or recommend anyone to book this hotel room 110 was so dingy the tub plug was mayo g on the floor of the bathroom the jab plug did t work the fridge was not cold and seemed to be defrosting and god forbid you ask a question to the front desk staff , if your that unhappy with your job you shouldn’t be in hospitality. We drove 10 hrs for jeep invasion to be greeted with a grumpy rude employee. We will be disputing our stay with booking and the bank and also the girl who was working sat night told me it was $4 for 2 waters and charged me $5 to the room . Do better!!
