Definitely MORE than a 2 star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean, fairly priced, and the staff was friendly. The pools were clean and stocked with towels. The indoor pool was pleasantly warm. The location was just right and within walking distance to many of the attractions.

Cons:

The available parking left a lot to be desired, the hallways were hot, and the elevator was a bit slow.

We agreed that it was slightly higher rank like a 7 in places to stay at.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, met some wonderful travelers.

Cons:

Disappointed that the lakefront balcony room did not appear as the picture on booking.com showed.
Cleanliness: bedding was comfortable and clean, rooms were dated but was clean.
Was a okay stay, no air conditioning in the hallways or elevator. Have stayed in worse places so overall was a medium motel to stay at.

Was upset over A/C in room not working. Was very disappointed with that.

Nice location! Clean room, very spacious!

We had a wonderful week! Hotel was clean, staff was great and locations was perfect! It met all of our needs.
Pros:

Excellent location on the Parkway. Near to attractions and shows. Walking distance to restaurants.

Cons:

Everything was great!
