Breakfast

Cons:

No Maintenance on site . The commode stopped up we had to fix it . Asked for some money back and they wouldn't. They where supposed to and we got nothing back .

This is our go to place when we go to the mountains.
Pros:

Price was good, rooms are spacious and clean

Cons:

The only negative I have is please put 4 towels and 4 bath cloths in the room instead of 3 for 2 people. 2 for nighttime and 2 for morning time.

Very comfortable, we have started at River Bend several time always a very nice stay ever time.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Had all the things that I like to eat. Fruit, yogart, eggs, coffee and juice

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The location was great, local to a lot of different conventions store and really close to the attentions. Staff was nice and the ladybthat checked my husband and I in was very knowledgeable and helpful getting the best rate for our stay

Cons:

Getting in and out with the traffic but its located on a main stripe of the tourist town sonits expected!

Not a great experience
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable, and mostly clean. The location is close to most attractions. The deck overlooking the water is nice.

Cons:

The staff member was very rude when I checked in, I chose the correct number of guests on Booking.com which includes our 16 year old child (Booking selection for children goes up to 17-). The person at check-in told us we would be charged an additional $10 as our child is considered an adult by the hotel policy (13+). I explained that it shows differently on Booking, she told me I should feel lucky I wasn't being charged $20 since it was a weekend. She said it's because of the breakfast offered at the property. We hadn't planned to eat breakfast at the property as there are many great spots in the area, but we decided to try it since it was apparently worth up to $20 per person, it was terrible! The powdered eggs were watery, the biscuits were tiny and were instructed to be microwaved, the sausage was cold and slimy, the also had bags of bread that you can use to make toast, but all the guests were shoving their arms down inside the bags to get the bread so we decided to skip toast, they did offer 2 types of cereal, but the dispenser did not look clean.

There were cigarette butts all over the parking lot, and even in the hallways and elevator.

The sink counter in the bathroom barley had enough space to store a hairbrush.

I really don't like to give negative reviews, but this property and staff earned it.
