Pros:

Location. Very comfortable motel. Enjoyed the seating by the river and by main entrance.. a well kept motel .

Cons:

My room needs a new desk chair . It loses hydraulic pressure in 5 minutes while sitting on it .I asked the front desk to replace one of the light bulbs on the headboard. Never replaced in the 5 days I was there. Same breakfast items everyday.

Pros:

Room was clean, jacuzzi has super hot water and works great, public pool was nice and warm inside. Will certainly be back

Cons:

Nothing really, the only hiccup we had was my booking didnt show on their system and she had to manually enter it, she needed my id and debit card for whatever reason but promised me it wasnt being charged.

Excellent price for a clean, convenient place to stay in Pigeon Forge
Pros:

The value for the money was excellent. Breakfast had bisquits and gravy which many hotels do not have with their free breakfasts. Spacious room. Restaurants in walking distance

Cons:

The balcony view was mostly of the parking lot and not the river. USB port to charge cell phone in room didn't work

We had a great experience, in every area, during our recent stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was of the upmost quality. We really liked how conveneint this location was to restuarants, shopping and shows.

Cons:

There needs to be more gluten free choices offered for breakfast.

Close to most places we were interested in. Very clean and the household staff was excellent.
Very quiet!

Cons:

The parking could be better plus it was a little awkward pushing a full cart up an incline and even dangerous to go down with a loaded cart.
Yes you could go in the front door if you could get the cart across a water hose that was stretched out across your path. We will definitely go back because it was very reasonably priced and exceptionally clean.
