Apartamento amplo próximo a Lincoln Road.
Pros:

Bem localizado, e apartamento bem amplo.

Cons:

Perguntei se tinham cadeira de praia, e estou esperando a resposta até hoje. O checkout é cedo às 11 hs, e se quiser ficar até o meio dia tem que pagar 50 dólares. O café que disponibilizam para usar na máquina é contado.

Great value for the location, a little dated but clean and comfortable for the night.
Pros:

Great location, clean, considerate and helpful staff

Cons:

A little dated, but nothing terrible.
Only complaint was that bedroom had no bedside outlets which made us unable to plug in our CPAP for the night.

Meridian Houses si trova in una posizione strategica a Miami Beach e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari tra cui la possibilità di utilizzare biciclette gratuitamente.

Tolle Unterkunft zu fairem Preis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat ein perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Sie bietet kostenlose Fahrräder zum Verleih an - diese sind zwar nicht in bestem Zustand, erfüllen allerdings ihren Zweck. Der Service der Unterkunft war herausragend: Jeden Tag kam das Housekeeping, tauschte Handtücher aus, füllte Wasser und Kaffee auf und machte sogar unseren Abwasch. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bot alles, was man braucht. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön, um abends etwas zu entspannen und die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nur 5 Fahrminuten vom Ocean Drive und South Beach entfernt.

Cons:

Die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge sind ein flexiblerer (abnehmbarer statt fester) Duschkopf und Geschirrtücher in der sonst toll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Parkpreise sind teuer, das ist jedoch in ganz Miami normal.

Good for Short Stay
Pros:

Basic accomodation that was ok for a 2 night stay, good TV with access to Netflix and some local channels. Wifi worked well and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Lighting is very poor, the place is in need of some modernisation and overall felt a little dirty. Shower area is mouldy and it takes a little while to get any hot water.
