Amazing!!!
Pros:

It’s truly pet friendly, they welcome the dogs as they welcome the human. I love how thoughtful they were. My family agree to call Noordin Mews our go to holiday home.

Excellent choice for a short break.
Pros:

Great location. Good sized room and comfortable bed. The team at the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast.

Not a big deal but WiFi was poor.

Quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Penang
Pros:

The attention to detail was excellent. From the complimentary snacks, to the turn down service with bedside treats to the decor. Everything was carefully thought out and made our stay extra special.

Pros:

I loved the attention to detail / small touches that made staying there extra special. The staff were impeccably polite and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. The other spaces in the hotel are gorgeous, including the breakfast area and pool.

Cons:

Only one small thing was the flood lights that lit the pool area shone into my room, and I’m sensitive to bright lights. They were turned off, but not until quite late in the evening.

Hotel was in a great location in the old town, lovely and with fantastic staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. Central but not super busy. The whole place was beautifully renovated in heritage style.The pool was great and the staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with different local option each day. The manager was exceptionally good laying out all the best places to eat and visit and little treats to try in our room each day was a lovely idea.Would definitely recommend.

Our pet Kimi was well accommodated, the hotel really welcomed us and Kimi. This trip was for him anyways and he felt like a VIP!

Top class service in lovely, relaxing Hotel.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and made our stay very special. The hotel internally is completely different from the street and is a delightful base for exploring Georgetown. Loved the options available at breakfast and the relaxed ,friendly atmosphere that permeates the hotel..

Great boutique hotel in middle of Georgetown
Pros:

Comfortable room and bed. Training and professionalism of staff. Dog friendly. Many nice dogs means nice guests. No one rude or arrogant. Turtles. Location for exploring Georgetown is excellent. Pool was excellent on the hot days.

Dining area needs more cooling on these hot days.
