Pros:

Dat er een fietsenstalling was.
Dame receptie was vriendelijk

Cons:

In de lobby en voor het hotel zaten in de avond allemaal mannen. Dit voelde niet fijn en onveilig. Ik moest een kelder in alleen om de fiets te Parkeren. Slot van kamer deed het niet en de hele nacht was het gehorig op straat. Heb heel slecht geslapen.
De foto's zien er veel beter uit dan de kamer zelf.

Kurztrip nach München
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten.
Das Apartment war geräumig und erstklassig ausgestattet.
Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.
Mit der S7 gut vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen.

It was overpriced for what it offered, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Pros:

I liked the location and breakfast,but other than that , I didn’t find anything else enjoyable about the property

The room was very small, and had a very small window,dark,

The female staff member at the front desk during check-in didn't even say "welcome" and immediately asked for our documents. She seemed unhappy that guests were arriving, and the check-in felt cold and unfriendly. Also, access to the pool and sauna required an extra payment, which was disappointing .

Cons:

Der Ein- und Ausstieg ins Bett war für meinen Mann beschwerlich aber es lag nicht am Bett , die Matraze war in Ordnung.

Lage ist gut, Zimmer insgesamt in Ordnung und Sauber

Cons:

Die Dusche und Waschbecken war sehr klein. Frühstück war mir mit 17 € zu teuer. Betten sehr weich. Zimmer sehr warm, weil man die Fenster/Rolladen wegen der großen Beleuchtung der Nebengebäude nicht ganz öffnen konnte. Zimmer war dann so hell, als hätte man das Licht einegschaltet

Hotel ok, Kommunikation ungenügend=6!
Cons:

Als Selbständiger brauche ich eine Rechnung. Diese wurde vor Ort verweigert auszustellen, allerdings wurden auch spätere Anfragen per Email ignoriert, sogar meine Beschwerde. Habe bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten. Das ist inakzeptabel!!!
