Limpeza, atendimento cordialidade e prestativos.

Cons:

No segundo dia o café da manhã estava com leite frio, os pães meio secos e descobertos fica apenas com dica cobrir os alimentos já que fora isso foi tudo maravilhoso

Atendimento do funcionário da noite- sem preparo e cobrou uma reserva a mais

Cons:

Fiz 3 reservas para o período de 30 a 31 de maio e foi cobrado 4 reservas. Um dos hóspedes teve que pagar novamente. Preciso saber como ressarci-lo.

Lençol nitidamente já havia sido usado , inclusive com cabelo e sinais de suor no lençol.

Cama - colchão de mola muito mole, faz a pessoa afundar.
Travesseiro - parecem folhas de papel de tão fino.
Portas - principalmente do closet da suíte 500, estavam com mofo
