Important information:

Four superior double rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility are available.
Children can only access the indoor pool from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Renaissance Esthederm Spa: Two massage cabins, a gym, a hammam and an indoor swimming pool are available for your well-being.
Children and seniors up to 16 years old cannot access the spa between 08:00 am and 10:00 am and from 6 pm to 7 pm From July to September, access will be closed to children. Outdoor swimming pool accessible depending on weather conditions.

It is an OK hotel, but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

It was an OK property.

Cons:

It lacked the French Provençal decor and authenticity. It is given a 5 star, but it was rather a 3 stars property in terms of amenities and decor.

Excellent choice of hotel, friendly reception and reliable room service.
Pros:

N/ a breakfast
Location was superb, close to centre and coach + train station. Comfortable rooms, excellent service. Loved the warm outdoor pool in sunny, well kept surroundings.

Cons:

The room was too cold as the central air conditioning couldn’t be turned off. Wet swimming clothes could not dry in a day.

Excellent hotel in great location for Aix town center. Staff we encountered were all excellent.
Pros:

Staff were all excellent. Friendly and attentive.
Location is perfect. 10 minute walk into Aix.
Valet parking was great. Car brought round in morning of departure without having to ask.
Beds are extremely comfortable!

Cons:

Food and drinks are quite expensive. 8€ for a Coke for instance!

Pros:

L emplacement.
Un voiturier très sympathique et serviable à l arrivée.
La piscine extérieure où le personnel était très agréable et sympathique
Nous avons également profité de la piscine intérieure avec un joli espace de repos.
L espace dans la chambre agréable pour trois personnes.

Cons:

Dommage, nous étions trois personnes et dans la chambre peignoirs, vaisselle etc étaient pour deux personnes…

Amazing hotel with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Aix en Provence,perfect location for a short stay .
From the moment we entered we were greeted by such friendly accommodating Staff especially Slyvie & Axel ..amazing French hospitality in a beautiful hotel

Cons:

Hairdryer could have been better ..
The spa area was quite clinical ,lacked inviting atmosphere

Pleasant stay, a short 10 minute walk to main town. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms, pool and facilities were nice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Art was a little spooky on the floor we stayed on.
