A week long stay on island Hvar
Pros:

Family oriented place. The villa had plenty of space for the kid to play. There were lots of slides, swings and other places for the kids to play. The villa was clean. The food was good.

Cons:

Upon our arrival we had to wait ~30 min for someone to be available to drive us with the golf cart to our villa. One of the days the hot water ran out and we had to use the boiling pot to heat water to shower. They told us that we used all the water in the boiler and we need to wait for the sun to come up to have hot water again because they were eco. A technician came next morning and fixed an issue with the electronics and the boiler started working again (no matter it was cloudy).

Pros:

Kamen das 2.Mal und es wird nicht das letzte Mal bleiben! Haben am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes ein paar Sachen beanstandet. Alles wurde umgehend und großer Gewissenhaftigkeit in Ordnung gebracht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist noch extra zu unterstreichen. Wir waren begeistert!

Perfect small resort for families with young children
Pros:

Family friendly small resort, perfect for families with young children. Swimming pool and children kids club had a lot of fun things for them. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Only comment is evening entertainment could have been better. Most of the nights it consisted on a kids movie displayed in a TV with just a sofa in front of it. Also movies were streamed from a pirated content website, which risks that inappropriate content is displayed to kids. Proper Netflix licensing or similar site should have been paid instead. Also more shows would have been nice, and not only the Magic show on Saturday evening.

Spacious, well equipped, very clean villas.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.food was very good,with good choices.
The whole resort was very clean.our 8 Yr old granddaughter loved it.
Would highly recommend this resort and the island.

Wonderful stay in this idyllic corner of Hvar
Pros:

Second visit to this stunning property. We love the individual units which are beautifully appointed and very practical for families. Everywhere is immaculately clean, the grounds are lovely and the staff are fantastic. The pool and slides are a big draw, but we also cycled and kayaked, and love that it is so close to quaint Stari Grad. The waterfront is Croatia at its best. We also used the kids club and joined activities including football.

Perfect for kids and a relaxing holiday! Heated pool!
Pros:

This resort was the perfect mix of relaxation for adults and fun for children. My son loves sports, so the games room, sports areas, and activities were a huge hit with him. There was always something for him to do, which made the holiday so much more enjoyable for all of us.

The food was honestly the best buffet food I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, with much of the produce sourced from the island itself, and they even have their own honey. Every meal felt high quality and full of flavour.

The pool slides were fantastic too – not too scary for younger children but exciting enough to keep them entertained, and all included in the stay.

We stayed in a hot tub room in May, and I used it every single evening. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, this was one of the best family resorts we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Cons:

The only thing this resort doesn’t really offer is big evening entertainment, but for us that was actually a positive. This isn’t the kind of place for late-night parties or groups looking for a lively nightlife scene.

Instead, it’s peaceful, relaxing, and very family-focused. The atmosphere felt much more geared towards children and families than adults wanting to drink into the night, which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want a quiet, laid-back holiday where kids can have fun and parents can unwind, this place is perfect.

Pros:

Excellent rooms plenty of space, well thought out with little touches.

Cons:

I’m not sure what it was about the pool but our children and other cut their feet pretty much every day. We reports it on two occasions and haven’t had any feedback.

Our bag went missing and no one seemed to care.
Pros:

A child friendly resort, beautiful sea and Maro Club.The staff at the restaurand and Maro club are so nice and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunatelly, there were do many thing that were bad. First of all - wasps. We couldn't have breakfast or dinner in peace, I was bitten the second morning, they were all over the place, and I had a pretty bad reaction to the bite. Second - the cleanliness, not once was the floor in the vila wiped, not once was it vacuumed or anything. Our villa was cleaned by a male and female(the hotel will know who they are) , absolutely suspicious looking, lurking around the room, she wiped the bathroom and the glasses with one cloth, and I have should known better - not to let them into the room - because finally a bag from the room went missing. I didn't want to acusse anyone untill i looked everywhere, but the bag was nowhere to be found. The hotel doesn't seem to care at all, it is unpossible to reach them, they don't answer to email. Terrible experience! This hotel is so expensive, that we never thought we could have such a bad experience in it. Apart from that, they need to have a bigger restaurant for this number of villas and guests, as well to improve hygiene and cleanliness of the villas.
