Dharma Luxury Hotel & SPA

I could only stay at the hotel for 1 night even though I booked it for 4 nights.
The pictures on the hotel website do not reflect the actual state of the property.
It took me 5 minutes to list 20 items that were broken or unusable. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable with plastic covers and smelly bedsheets. Every item in the bathroom was broken from soap dispenser to the bath tub being blocked.
Poorly isolated rooms where you could hear what the ppl next door were up to and noise from the outside.
The food served at the restaurant was out of date, we almost got food poisoning, bread was stale.
To make matters worse it was a birthday gift to my elderly mother, which was ruined by the terrible experience

Beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast included every morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. One of the best things about this hotel is that it’s close to many of Rome’s most important landmarks, so we were able to visit most of them on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Convenient location, few blocks from Termini.
The hotel is clean, confortable and well maintained.
They include breakfast and happy hour in their restaurant.

Fantastic Hotel with great staff in a very central location to lots of the major sites. The rooms are spotless and well maintained every day. The restaurant food and staff are wonderful and would highly recommend a visit.

The location of the Hotel within Rome is great, easy walking distance of many of the main major sites. The hotel staff make your stay even more special, very friendly and willing to help with any problem you may have. My wife forgot her passport to enter the Colosseum, I WhatApp the Hotel and they were able to send a copy of my wife's passport allowing her to enter. The restaurateur at the hotel is also wonderful, the food and staff are great. We can't wait to revisit Rome and this Hotel.

The perfect location for what turned out to be the perfect stay. This trip was planned to celebrate mine and my late wife’s birthdays she was adamant that my daughter and I continue the family tradition. The staff at the Dharma Hotel could not have done more to make this a memorable holiday. Our suite was amazing with massive spa bath, walk in shower steam room, pillared balcony and the best air conditioning ever which given the average temperature of 37 degrees all week was a god send. Nothing was too much trouble for staff, breakfast was a buffet feast and happy hour between 4pm and 6pm guests are treated to a free drink and free nibbles. Need a taxi 2 minutes later it’s waiting outside for you. We can’t thank the Dharma Hotel for helping us make the most amazing memories on our first trip without my wife.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The spa was lovely and included drinks, nibbles, towels and toiletries which we had all to ourselves.
The room was spacious with plenty of storage and wardrobe room. The mini fridge was useful too. The room was bright and clean with a lovely balcony to people watch. The hotel was excellently located with a gelato shop on the corner and a little supermarket opposite. The metro was only a 2 minute walk away making it ideal to get around the city and visit the main attractions. Overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Friendly helpful staff .Spacious room with a large bathroom /shower suite.
The hotel has a relationship with the restaurant that is at street level .Guests enjoy a discount in the restaurant which provides an extensive well priced menu with the option to eat alfresco on a lovely patio..Food and service were very good for the competitive price point .The hotel arranged a private transfer to the port in a comfortable Mercedes saloon with a helpful driver .
We will be returning guests on our next Roman adventure .

Dharma is located close to metro, easy to move by foot or transit. Great staff, great attention and comfortable stay. Would recommended to anyone visiting Roma.

Alessio and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful!. Always greeted with a hello and a smile.
We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. They were also helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions to various landmarks.

The staff was very friendly very accommodating, and we appreciated their kindness as we navigated being away from home and in a different country. The room was nice and clean and great location. Wonderful breakfast included along with discount happy hour next door. They were very helpful in ordering taxis and making reservations.

The hotel is very nice, and each room was laid out well. The staff is really the highlight prior to the trip they did some amazing things with helping to book a few tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast is great, one of my children said it was the best croissant she had ever had. The people make this a great place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Convenient location and luxury rooms with tasteful design. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Stayed in Rome for my husband’s birthday, The hotel staff went above and beyond to help celebrate his birthday ( A big thank you to Simon) for the surprise birthday cake and fizz when we had breakfast 🥳

From the moment we got there, the customer service was top notch. Miriam was kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day and we enjoyed our stay! Our walks to the big tourist sites were not bad at all! The breakfast was more of a traditional American breakfast, which we enjoyed. They also have a happy hour where you can enjoy small finger foods and a drink (:
