One of the most asthetically pleasing hotels I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Beautifully presented in a period style. Lors of original features. Extensive well kept gardens. Very helpful staff. Nice touches like coffee machines in the rooms.

Cons:

The room was really dark ! I had to go into the garden to put my makeup on!

Lovely old inn in scenic Cookham with a great restaurant
Pros:

Lovely old inn in scenic Cookham. Very good restaurant/pub on site or you can try one of the 7 other restaurants or pubs within 5 minutes walk. Easy parking in the municipal car park around the corner.
Good breakfast and comfy beds with good pillows

Cons:

The room decor is beautiful but very dark. Even the ceiling was painted the darkest blue. Air con was broken - luckily we were after the heatwave

Another amazing stay at Bel and the Dragon
Pros:

It was our fourth time here since 2018 and we love it every time. Comfy beds, great showers and awesome food. It also looks like the hotel was refurbished since we last stayed here and I loved the wallpaper particularly.

Cons:

Small thing, but the shower gel smelled like it may have gone off.

Pros:

Nicely decorated, newly
Refurbished. Super big bathroom. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Loud noise from an ?AC unit or similar right outside our bedroom window that intermittently went on/off and kept us awake through the night.

Lovely room, great facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely room situated in a really nice, cosy pub. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Food was also really good, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay in a lovely part of the world, staff and accommodation was all fabulous - THANK YOU
Pros:

Superb choice of breakfast, staff were all lovely and the room was inviting and comfortable - we will be staying again :)

Cons:

A local cab company was rung on our behalf for a short minute journey to Cliveden - we were told it would be around £10.00 - subsequently the cab company charged us £18.00 - if the staff member at the Bel & Dragon had got a fixed price we would have had come back to say but the taxi company checked and neither party had mentioned the actual cost on the phone call ... as always the quality of anything is in the detail.
