Hotel modesto pero buena opción para un presupuesto ajustado

La ubicación de hotel es muy buena. Está muy cerca de Victoria Station y es posible ir a pie a bastantes atracciones. La habitación y el baño tenían un tamaño apropiado, comparándolos con lo que suele ser habitual en Londres. Tenían la habitación preparada cuando llegué, a pesar de que faltaban horas para el inicio del horario de check-in. Después del check-out dejé la maleta hasta la hora de mi marcha, pero hay que tener en cuenta que no tienen una habitación cerrada con este fin y los equipajes se quedan en recepción.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación todos los días de mi estancia. No sé muy bien cuál era el criterio para que limpiaran o no. La moqueta necesitaba una limpieza a fondo. La ventana estaba rota y no cerraba bien.

It was a convenient location but wasn’t very pleasant at nighttime.

Cons:

The first room had no working tv, towels, spare pillows, a desk and hairdryer (as advertised). The second room had a broken shower and toilet.

Avoid this hotel – very disappointing experience.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel. The room was extremely dirty and far below any acceptable standard. The level of cleanliness was shocking, and the condition of the room made the entire stay very uncomfortable.

This was not what I expected at all, especially considering the price we paid. The room clearly needed a proper deep clean and better maintenance. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we entered the room.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look carefully at the recent reviews and photos before making a booking. I personally would never stay at this hotel again. Definitely not recommended.

Absolutna porażka. Ten hotel to kpina z gości i pieniędzy, które się za niego płaci. Pokój był w skandalicznym stanie — brudny, zaniedbany i zdecydowanie nieprzygotowany do przyjęcia gościa. Standard poniżej jakiejkolwiek akceptowalnej normy. Zamiast odpoczynku dostaliśmy ogromne rozczarowanie. Obsługa i hotel powinni się wstydzić oferowania takich warunków. Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM. Jedno z najgorszych miejsc, w jakich miałem okazję nocować.
