Tuned out employees, gross building, super clean room. Poor communication.
Pros:

The Hyatt part of the building was ok, the elevator and ground floor lobby was absolutely gross. The employees were super nice with only one in particular that completely ignored me during check-in while he stood there staring at his phone. I was the only person at the counter. Then he asked for my id and credit card, I told him that I had already checked in when I dropped off my bags earlier, he said there was no evidence of that, he took my cards, looked everything over, appeared confused and said " you have been checked in already." Also, I was told earlier in the day that I would receive a txt when the room was ready, I never received that txt. Room was very clean and comfortable. It did smell strongly of weed in the morning around 5 am.
Overall, I won't be back. Not a good experience for the price. The building is just gross and smells.

Cons:

Hard to find. There are 2 Hyatts less than a block from each other and paid $50 at one for parking only to find was at the wrong one :(

Pros:

Nothing about our stay met or exceeded expectations. From the amenities to the logistics, this property fell incredibly short of a standard hotel experience.
🍽️ The Dining & Location
The hotel restaurant was completely lackluster, leaving us with very few options since there is absolutely nothing within walking distance of the property. If you stay here, prepare to travel just to find a decent meal.
🛎️ Logistics & Check-Out Hassle
The layout of this hotel is highly inconvenient. The front desk is located on the 4th floor, which turns the check-out process into an unnecessary, time-consuming hassle. Moving luggage and navigating floors just to depart is poorly thought out.
🚗 Valet Disaster & Rude Staff (The Final Straw)
The absolute worst part of our experience was the valet service. We called ahead to have our car pulled around. When we arrived at the valet station, the attendant rudely claimed we hadn't texted them properly. He actually began debating and arguing with my wife, even after she showed him the sent text on her phone. Instead of apologizing, he continued to blame us.
The argument only ended when another valet came out to inform everyone that their own tablet used to receive notifications was turned off.
To be blamed and argued with over a staff member's technical oversight is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor training, and terrible attitude we encountered mean we will never return to this property. Save your money and frustration—stay somewhere else.
