Hyatt Place - I’ll be back!
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent—central to the city, with easy access to the highway. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods within walking distance.

The service was also excellent. The front desk staff were consistently polite, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive stay.

Quality of the room was lovely and the cost for the value was appropriate.

However, I had two areas of concern. First, the quality of the breakfast was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Second, parking was valet-only and came at an additional cost, separate from the customary tip for the valet attendants. While I have no issue tipping the attendants for their service, I was disappointed that hotel parking itself required an additional fee.

Overall, I enjoyed the location and appreciated the excellent service, but the breakfast quality and added parking expense detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

If you want a pool don't stay here.
Pros:

Friendly staff and the breakfast.

Cons:

The website says it had a pool so we got the hotel for the location and pool. So my family was disappointed.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Valet employee, Brody Bergman, was outstanding. He was very professional, helpful, and courteous throughout my visit. He had such a pleasant and welcoming attitude and made the valet experience easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service truly stood out and made a great impression. He is definitely an asset to the hotel!

Pleasing Stay for the most part
Pros:

I was highly satisfied with overall experience, my only issue was I am physically challenged and I was expecting help with my baggage. I was told it was too many people checking in at one time to receive help. Breakfast was delicious and clean rooms.
