Pros:

Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Schlechte Klimaanlage. Obwohl außen nur 23 Grad waren, hat die Klimaanlage das Zimmer nicht effektiv kühlen können. In der Folge war es zum Schlafen viel zu warm.

Das nächste Hotel in Berlin wird ein anderes.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig.
Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof war ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Es gab verschiedene Kopfkissen, die einzelnen Bettdecken war größer als Standart.

Cons:

Das Zustellbett hat 60 Euro die Nacht extra gekostet und war trotz vorheriger Anforderung nicht im Zimmer vorbereitet. Der Preis wurde im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt. Zusätzlich war es auch noch kaputt.
Der Check-in war ziemlich unfreundlich.
Die Kaffeekapseln mussten nach dem ersten vollständigen Verbrauch gezahlt werden im Zimmer, 4 Kapseln kosteten 5 Euro.
Kein Conditioner, keine kleinen Gesichtshandtücher. Die Ameneties im Bad wurden nicht aufgefüllt obwohl verbraucht.
Zum Bad eine Milchglastür, aber direkt neben dem Bett. Am Abend bzw. in der Nacht macht man mit dem Licht die anderen wach.
Wir hatten eine Badewanne, zum Duschen nicht so günstig. Aber es gibt auch Zimmer mit begehbarer Dusche.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Hauptbahnhof und am Spreebogen. Wir konnten viele Dinge zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Umgebung.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal dort war sehr aufmerksam und super nett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt

Cons:

Ich hatte zwei Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht und nicht bekommen. Und ich bin es leid, das Personal immererst drauf aufmerksam zu machen, um dann zur Antwort zu bekommen, aber sie schauen doch nicht in den Innenhof….
Auch der Concierge war nicht sehr nett oder hilfsbereit, als wir Fragen hatten.
In einem Steigenberger und bei diesen Preisen hatte ich diesbezüglich mehr erwartet.
