Immer wieder empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in ausgezeichneter Lage und guter Hotelführung
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Reichstag, die Spree mit den Ausflugsschiffen, den ganzen Platz mit der imposanten Architektur von Bahnhofsgebäude u.a.
Gute Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das kleine Restaurant empfehlenswert gemütlich mit schmackhaften Speisen

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Besonders gefallen haben uns die Aussicht auf den Hauptbahnhof und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Auch der schnelle Service bei der Einstellung des Fernsehers und der Service an der Rezeption waren super. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt – vielen Dank!

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick neu und modern, leider war unsere Erfahrung jedoch sehr enttäuschend.

Unser Zimmer hatte mehrere technische Probleme. Die Klimaanlage kühlte kaum. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, ein Techniker kam vorbei und sagte, das Problem sei behoben, aber danach hatte sich praktisch nichts verändert.

Auch zwei Lampen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht. Als wir dies meldeten, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Reparatur etwa zwei Tage dauern würde, obwohl wir insgesamt nur drei Nächte im Hotel waren.

Besonders problematisch war außerdem die Zimmertür: Sie ließ sich nicht richtig schließen bzw. verriegeln. Auch der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken funktionierte nicht richtig und ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen.

Das Hotel bietet zudem ein „Pillow Menu“ an, über das man verschiedene Kissen bestellen kann. In der Praxis hat das bei uns leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Mehrmals wurde uns gesagt, dass das gewünschte Kissen in fünf oder zehn Minuten gebracht werde, aber es kam einfach nichts.

Insgesamt ist der Service sehr schlecht. Man muss mehrfach nachfragen und trotzdem werden Probleme oft nicht gelöst. Das Gebäude sieht zwar neu aus, aber im Zimmer gab es erstaunlich viele Mängel und Defekte.

Für ein Hotel dieser Art ist das sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung kann ich dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.
