Flexible in seitching us breakfast on the day of our arrival.
First we were in a room in the first floor, with lots of noise, and view from the window of a wall, but we asked, snd recieved a different room

The staff was the best part of this aborted stay. I would say that everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were truly nice and cared about their property and customers.
This was our first time trying this brand and location and had somewhat good expectations based on feedback about the location of this property. I say that though it is convenient to walk to the malecón, there is not much to do [the extension that we explored- full disclaimer we did not go beyond Sweet and Coffee] and the few restaurants in the proximity felt repetitive and it was not what we were expecting. In addition, the room was small and though it looked to the river, it was shadowed by an eyesore- construction of a tower next to the hotel. I made up my mind that we needed to shorten our stay within the first 5 minutes of the hotel experience.
The following day we decided to give it another day to see if things got better- was not the case- and we immediately booked our usual property and checked out on Friday.
