Nice room, but not ready at check-in.
Pros:

The good stuff, the room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice.

The not so good stuff, we had to wait for our room when we arrived after the 3 o'clock check-in time. Same as last week. With me making our reservations months ago, you would think management would have the ability to have our room ready on time. The hotel did not look that busy.

Also, the noise level was bad from the adjacent room.

Not sure I would stay here again unless management could guarantee my room would be ready when I arrive.

Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso. Localizado próximo ao aeroporto, com transfer do próprio hotel, fica em uma área segura com diversos restaurantes embaixo, ao longo de um calçadão.

Cons:

Quarto poderia ser um pouco mais moderno.

Great Hotel and Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

I had a great experience. The hotel is great, and the staff is very professional. Rachell at the front desk was especially professional and helpful. She helped me resolve the issues with my room and moved me to a better one. I would absolutely give her 5 stars!

Kamer onder de fitness, moet je echt proactief melden. En eventueel korting op geven. Elke ochtend maakt de gym enorm veel lawaai in deze kamer.

Riverside escape
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Guayaquil! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully kept, and the location made it easy to get around the city. The airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, and the on‑site restaurant served delicious meals — breakfast was especially great. Overall, an outstanding experience and we would definitely stay here again.
