Please be aware that the property is located in a beautiful, but remote location in the jungle.

There are no outside electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.

Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Room was dilapidated, no pillowcases on the pillows. Lights at the bathroom sink did not work. Rooms were low budget rooms.

Ideale ligging ten opzichte van Tikal in een mooie groene omgeving. Kamer is eenvoudig.
Pros:

Ideaal gelegen op 3 min lopen van de ingang van Tikal. Je kon dus al vroeg het park in em dat was heel fijn. Hotel ligt in een mooie omgeving. Restaurant erbij is handig en je kunt er prima eten. Kamer was oké. Warm (lauw) water op bepaalde tijden.

Cons:

Je betaalt echt voor de ligging, want de kamer was vrij eenvoudig en de schoonmaak kon ook beter. Het is prima maar verwacht geen luxe, ook al betaald je veel meer dan gemiddeld in Guatemala.

The whole package- comfortable rooms (even in the summer heat), fun tours, nice restaurant.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time! We participated in ALL the tours and they were all great. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, including birthday meals, and they were all fantastic. The room was very comfortable, even in the summer heat. Well-ventilated, but the screens kept out the mosquitos. We slept great.

Su ubicación es lo máximo debido a que está dentro del parque, por ende, es muy fácil explorar el parque en diferentes horarios, teniendo la posibilidad de descansar el el hotel.

Staff kind, they had a water filter urn in the room which was very convenient for hiking, arranged sunset tourguide in English Cristian was really awesome.

Cons:

Meal prices pretty high, mosquito screens not fully secure on the windows so we got them inside the room and fans weren't a ton of help with the heat. Property is beautiful, the jungle hotels all seem like this.

Es una experiencia maravillosa poder contar con un alojamiento cómodo en medio de la selva. Es un plan de desconexión maravilloso. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Todo lo que pretendas comprar como un snack o alimentos es muy costoso. Es absurdo que por un paquetico de galletas de cobren 20 quetazales cuándo en el comercio común esas mismas galletas cuestan 2 quetzales.

Excelente opción para quienes quieren hacer el tour amanecer de Tikal. Cómodo, buenas camas, buen espacio en la habitación. Buena comida en el restaurante y el wi fi funcionó perfecto, ya que no habia señal en el lugar.
Para adquirir el Tour del Amanecer, recoemindo revisar varias opciones, pues el que ofrece el hotel solo tiene acompañamiento al amanecer y una explicación "corta" de los puntos más importantes del parque, no es extendido a todas las zonas que hay para visitar.
Buena atención, buena comida en el restaurante y muy cómodo para visitar el parque sin una madrugada excesiva
