Please be aware that the property is located in a beautiful, but remote location in the jungle.

There are no outside electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.

Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

Su cercanía con la entrada de los parques y museo excelente, El personal amable para atenderte , la comida muy bien :)

Cons:

Las habitaciones pueden mejorar , por ejemplo : chequear las cortinas que cubran 100% las ventanas, las persianas de las ventanas que cierren completamente, REVISAR las duchas: algun soporte aéreo para poder colocar tus productos higiénicos para disfrutar de la ducha, quitar el sarro de las salida de agua de ducha.

Quizás para estadías más largas de 3 o más noches resultaría un poco difícil pero para 1 noche bien. :)

Cogimos habitación Deluxe tras pagarla nos dicen que no tiene agua caliente. Nos trasladan a otra habitación de categoría inferior pero no devuelven diferencia. Nos dicen que todo vale igual. No fue así cuando pagué. Pagué extra por habitación superior. Comida pésima. En resumen, evitad este sitio

Buen lugar para pasar y hacer las excursiones en un día

El personal muy atento y amable
Tuvieron la atención de no cobrar mi plato de cena ya que se había cometido un error en la orden

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo hace mucho ruido

Very good location at the entrance of the tikal park. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

If you are into local food the restaurant is a bit overpriced, though you might also expect this for a hotel. There is a good restaurant close by

La ubicación, las zonas verdes

Cons:

Cuando salimos a ver el amanecer al retornar al hotel ya el tiempo del desayuno había terminado considero que deberían de enviar la gente con un sándwich o algo así para no perder el desayuno que está incluido con el alojamiento.
Solo nos dieron unas galletas y un tinto a las 4 de la mañana creería que deberían enviar un sándwich ya que no se alcanza a llegar antes de que termine el desayuno
