Great location close to everywhere
Cleaning ie carpets and nets in room
Good location close to winter garden.
It smelt of sewerage in reception area upon arrival. Had to run shower for 15 mins before it got hot…random rivers of water would appear behind loo. Lumpy thin mattresses. Did not live up to the reviews I researched before hand in anyways.totally over priced

Stayed here before with the old owner , but it's run by new people now and it's not as clean and tidy as it was a few years ago.
The room we was given was so noisy as the walls was paper thin , got woke up with people coming in at all times which I understand can happen in any hotel but the walls was so thin I could even here people having a wee that's how thin the walls was.

The hotel itself was disgusting and lots of damage leaks and mould no house keeping while we stayed needs shutting down

Unclean.budget but expect clean .bought sanitiser wipes .stayed out as long as could .reviews and pictures nedd uodate and no bar or outside

Paid £1000 for a room for the room for a month.room was a tip when I got the key then over the next 2 days he let himself in to room twice and then the week he was doing construction work until 11pm on a Sunday. Rude and incompetent AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If the bed would'nt have been as good(looked quite new) & as confortable, my rating would have been rather worst.
My room had a size which some would call a shoe box(max. 6 square meters) & nearly had any forniture(no chair, no cupboard, no table ...).
I could'nt open the window(reckon it was sealed).
The location
Couldn't lock the door and speaking to people over the phone as I was meant to receive a reimbursement and they were very rude and ignorant and nothing has been sorted as of yet and I've been waiting since mon 10th we had to move rooms couple days before checking out cause they wanted to make money and give the room we were in to use it as a whole apartment floor so we had to move 25 to 30 kilos of luggage from one room to another and missed out on our attraction that was pre booked
