I don’t kno because we was allocated the hotel next door on arrival without being notified first as a family of 6 we paid to stay here but we didn’t get the chance to so we had very upset people
The scaffolding outside of the building was an eyesore crnt be helped I know but…….
Just did not like it
Nothing
The property was a great location although no parking. The host was helpful and got us a new room. Not the best but for the price it’s to be expected. I’d of paid more and gone to somewhere with parking personally.
No parking had to pay £16 in the car park, we didn’t actually stay in the butterfly hotel but next door as there was work going on, when we entered our room someone was asleep on the bed. The property had a very strange smell like damp and fuster.
Comfortable
Cold and no breakfast
Very small room for price
Larger room
Convenient for pretty much everything central
very cheap price considering cost of hotels in Blackpool. Staff very friendly and nice.
Room was absolutely freezing, could hardly sleep it was so cold. Radiators etc in room did not work. Maybe that was because i was on the top floor other rooms could be better, I dont know.
Nice but vbsasic , bed was comfy
No hoy water on first night , no breakfast
There had to matters on the bed and found a condom underneath the bed
It was not very clean

Rooms very small and bathroom ideal for solo travellers for couples probaly better places about but overall ok but yeah get what you pay for
The hotel was very close to a lot of the attractions, it was easy to find coming from Blackpool north train station.
It was our second time staying, we stayed a few days ago with our daughter and we came back for another break away. The hotel owners were lovely and did anything to make our stay very comfortable - they’re easy to contact if any issues and are very quick to answer questions if needed. I’d be happy to stay again in the future!
The sink&shower took a while to get hot but other than that the rest of the stay was decent!
The location, it was not far from Blackpool Tower and bars
I booked this based on the name for my friend's birthday, she loves butterflies and the picture looked nice.
There was scaffolding around the building and inside wasn't welcoming, very dated and unkempt.
Bedroom was old, worn, dusty, very musty smell. Could feel every spring on the double mattress. TV didn't work properly, kept buffering, but we didn't plan on sitting in the room as would have to sit on the beds.
Toilet not very clean with seat falling off, mat on floor we were scared to stand on, or was disgusting.!! Had to run water for 10+ minutes to get hot, shower base didn't drain quickly enough so overflowing.
Was definitely not worth the money.
Probably the worst place I've ever stayed in Blackpool and I've stayed in a few that weren't the best.
View from back window like a a scrap yard, broken glass everywhere.
Don't believe the pictures they are 100% not accurate!!!
The location
The staff was never there only when checking in and out!
The showers was temperamental was never to the right temperature
There was always a funny smell has soon as you walked in.
The beds was hard and rooms was always cold! Again couldn't tell anyone has was never anyone there.
It felt like we was the only once in the hotel. Not welcoming at all!
The rooms were clean
Firstly, the toilet in our room was leaking also the remote we was provided didn’t work. On top of this we was woken up both nights from loud guests/children. The bar wasn’t open even though it’s advertised on the photos. On top of all this, the first night we was woken up at 1:30am by somebody trying to kick our door down and trying to pick the lock
Only good thing about this hotel was the Gentleman at the front desk. He was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him .
The photos on booking.com are very much out of date looks nothing like it now.First room we were in the roof was falling apart and crumbling onto one of the beds. Second room was dirty. Spillages over the drawers and the netted curtains were full of mould. The shower didnt work properly eaither. The room was frozen cold and it was ment to be a family room. My husband had to go down to ask for the heating to be turned on but even then it was very low so didn't make a difference. We paid £210 and it was definitely not worth it. We paid until Monday but we could not stay another night in a frozen room and no staff on site on a Sunday just a number to call.
Great location, very friendly staff
