Cons:

Paid £1000 for a room for the room for a month.room was a tip when I got the key then over the next 2 days he let himself in to room twice and then the week he was doing construction work until 11pm on a Sunday. Rude and incompetent AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The money I paid simply did'nt match the comfort I was given.
Pros:

It is well located.
If the bed would'nt have been as good(looked quite new) & as confortable, my rating would have been rather worst.

Cons:

My room had a size which some would call a shoe box(max. 6 square meters) & nearly had any forniture(no chair, no cupboard, no table ...).
I could'nt open the window(reckon it was sealed).

The location

Cons:

Couldn't lock the door and speaking to people over the phone as I was meant to receive a reimbursement and they were very rude and ignorant and nothing has been sorted as of yet and I've been waiting since mon 10th we had to move rooms couple days before checking out cause they wanted to make money and give the room we were in to use it as a whole apartment floor so we had to move 25 to 30 kilos of luggage from one room to another and missed out on our attraction that was pre booked

Pros:

The biggest thing for me was stupidly I left my phone in an Uber. Comings from Australia this would have been an issue.

The staff went above and beyond to help me contact the driver and get my phone back.

enjoyed everything.
Pros:

Good Location. nice & clean. Great Decor. plenty of storage space. good supplies eg Tea Coffee.

Cons:

Shower took extra Long to get Hot, but then Good .

The shower wouldn’t go warm left it on for about half an hour and still didn’t go hot also my tv remote didn’t work
