Pros:

Very nice staff. They are very helpful, especially if you speak Japanese. The staff gave us a first floor room so that we didn't have to be next to school kids.

Ich habe zwei unterschiedliche Fragen an das Hotel geschickt, es wurde nicht darauf geantwortet.
Im Speziellen habe ich sofort nach der Buchung, ca. 4 Wochen vor dem Aufenthalt, um ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebeten, da es bei der Buchung nicht möglich war, es auszuwählen.
Wenn ich informiert werde, dass es keine Nichtraucherzimmer mehr gibt, dann hätte ich dort nicht gebucht
Es wurde mir dann beim Check in gesagt. Meine Anfrage 4 Wochen zuvor war jedoch dokumentiert!
Ebenfalls wollte ich 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft wissen, wo am Flughafen der Shuttlebus zum Hotel abfährt, ich bekam keine Antwort.
