Pros:

Absolutely loved the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, very reactivate to all requests.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I did not like. I knew the apartments were a short ride away from the mall so this was no surprise.

Had a blissful stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff and the place is at total peace away from town noise and hustle. Just ocean breeze

I would prefer kitchen sockets to be labeled. Eg. cooker, back oven……..

Pros:

Location is central to everything!! The staff is so helpful and friendly...They made our stay homey

Cons:

The pillows were too high,not comfortable at all!! decorative pillows smelled like pee which I addressed with the cleaners...The restaurant in the property has some ridiculous rules but it turned out it's not owned by Cowrie shell.

Pros:

The reception and all other employees were always helpful and reapectful. The apartments are safe with a pool and next to the beach. Itwas cleaned everyday and new towels too.I enjoyed my stay and I will come back again. I wish they could give us a water bottle daily and some coffee or tea sachets during my stay.

nice place but could easily score better with some small improvements
Pros:

quite nice studio, right size, on the beach and in a quiet part of the North of Mombasa, not far from the venue of a conference I was attending.
good value for money, very helpful staff, great to have glass bottles for water (phasing out of plastic ones), the restaurant down on the beach seems ok (but only had one breakfast, which was good)

Cons:

WiFi was horrible, almost unusable (kept on dropping), just enough to book rides on the apps and share whatsapp msg, not possible to have calls or watch videos (which meant Netflix provided on the rather good TV set was also useless)
The bathroom needed some repairs: the shower jets were completely uneven, the shower cabin was leaking quite quickly (leaving a puddle of water on the tiled floor) and the toilet flush kept on recharging, making water noise throughout the day/night until fixed.
Having to pay for more bottled waters (even if cheap) was a bit surprising: whether you stay one night or 6, you have 2 bottles offered and that's it.
suggestion to provide more coffee/tea bags and sugar for studio home-made preps.
