It was a good stay, Clean good view would recommend going in winter if possible

The property was very nice. It was very clean. The staff was helpful. Free parking was a plus

Cons:

It’s a little further away from where I thought it would be, but my fault I should’ve looked at the map a little more. If you book the restaurants with the dinner, please contact the hotel to give you an idea of what the dinner is so you can make changes. It is a set menu, but you can make a request for dietary changes. I did not know this at the time of booking.

Cons:

一開始房卡出問題打不開重新過卡後才能開。這其實還好我比較在意的是晚餐的時候送上的湯裡面有一根頭髮。其它的部分我都覺得還不錯。

溫泉有露天室內還有冷水池桑拿。一樓大廳還有飲料機跟咖啡機可以使用

Great getaway just off the highway
Pros:

Onsen was great! Room was huge and had a great view.

Piano performance was nice and overall a very zen experience.

Breakfast was good and staff all very friendly.

The worst hotel is Japan ! A poor man’s hostel at a high price of $361.50 a night is a rip off!!!

Hotel is Old dilapidated and in very poor condition in bad need of repair with rust and black mound spots everywhere the onsen is disgustingly bad unlike all other places food is plentiful but very low quality products the staff is very polite but since there is no manager on site unable to do much there are no signs in English anywhere. This is not a hotel that should be on the Booking list for foreigners and high price is not justifiable.
