Staff and location.

Cons:

Mould in room. Run down. Bathroom not good. Musty smell. Breakfast bad. No milk for coffee or anything. No bedside lights. No drawers or place to put clothes. Would not recommend. Overall very shabby and rundown

Location is excellent, staff are great and checking in was very simple.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. The remote and desk were sticky and there was a lot of dust. The room smelt of mould. The air conditioning was unusable as it was caked in dust and the air coming from it smelt very mouldy. There were stains on the ceiling that looked like mould too.

Conociendo Busan
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado a cuatro cuadras del metro Jeonpo. Buena combinacion para aeropuerto. Tiene disponible te, cafe y agua en el loby 24 hs.

Cons:

Habitacion necesita renovacion y no se parecia a la foto Tenia ventana que daba a un hueco no entraba luz.

Great location, serious maintenance and cleanliness issues
Pros:

The location is great, and there is an elevator. Those are the only positives I can mention.

Cons:

I have never stayed in such a poorly maintained hotel. The room was stuffy and damp. Both the window screen and the air conditioner were covered in dust, and the air conditioner looked as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I felt uncomfortable opening the window or turning on the air conditioner, but leaving both off meant putting up with the stuffy air.

The bathroom had further problems. The drain was at the opposite end of the bathroom rather than beneath the shower, making the bathroom practically unusable after just one shower. The showerhead was covered in limescale, and a very unpleasant smell regularly came from the drain. The hotel needs serious improvements in both cleaning and maintenance.
