Great place, great people fantastic location
Pros:

The location is fantastic, staff are friendly and approachable, it's comfortable. The shower is fantastic.

Cons:

No sink for washing dishes in the kitchenette corner. Shower not fully enclosed.

Great value and service. Room was great.

Room was great. Service was great.

Cons:

Only suggestion I have is a curtain or something between the bunk beds and the main room. I was travelling alone so it was fine but if I’d had kids with me this would have made it easier to get kids off to bed before adults were ready for bed.
