La posizione, lo staff
Stanza troppo piccola, ma quello va bene hanno ricavato più camere, ma è imperdonabile che una catena di hotel, si perda non aggiungendo qualche presa, e dei ripiani, abbiamo dovuto lasciare gli indumenti in terra!!!
Inoltre la stanza è talmente piccola che bisogna scavalcare il letto.

letterlijk 2 handdoeken, is echt weinig.
Ontbijt is 300 m van het hotel, maar mits we om 7u30 moesten vertrekken, konden we daar niet terecht voor een ontbijt. Personeel was vriendelijk v
Zeer slechte bedden en hoofdkussens. ‘s nachts heel veel lawaai op straat, in de morgen veel dakloze bedelaars op straat.

Zentrale Lage, günstig. Familienzimmer mit genügend Platz.
Hotel hat keine Gästetoilette. Wir sind früher angekommen und konnten zwar unser Gepäck deponieren aber leider keine Toilette benutzen. Der Mitarbeiter empfahl uns, zu McDonalds zu gehen, da koste die Benutzung 1 Euro 😂
Auch war das Zummer nur oberflächlich geputzt. Wir fanden noch Abfall vom Vorgänger auf dem Regal über dem Fenster
El personal superamable, tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva y lo resolvieron enseguida, muy competentes. El hotel está muy centrico. Te facilitan un descuento para desayunar en una cafetería cercana.

Dat de badkamer en de wc niet afgezonderd zijn van de slaapkamer. Er zit wel een glazen wand tussen maar is toch nie echt ideaal…
The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept a parcel that I had sent to the hotel safe until my arrival. The hotel is in a convenient area for both food and travel, being only a 15 minute walk/an 8 minute tram journey from Rotterdam Centraal Station. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom/shower facilities are clean and easy to use.
I could hear a short buzzing noise in the room every hour or so. I don't know if it was coming from inside my room (possibly from the air conditioning) or from another area in the hotel but it would happen both during the day and night, which could sometimes disturb my sleep.
