The room and location could not be faulted at all. The laundry situation was horrendous.
Pros:

Location was absolutely brilliant. If things weren't literally within walking distance , a tram or tbe train station was.

Cons:

The first morning that my elderly Mother and I woke up there, there was no hot water for us to shower before heading out for the day. Then on our last night, trying to use the washers and dryers in the laundry was awful. 3 other couples were also struggling with the way we had to pay, to the point one woman was actually crying. The lifts also weren't operating propetly.

I would definately stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to transport right outside. Fantastic dinner in the hotel, highly recommend the pizza on the room service menu! Sooooo good!

Mini Break in a room with a view !
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful.
Easy access to public transport. Trams outside hotel with Southern Cross Skybus airport bus / trains a 10 min walk.
Room depicted perfectly in photos.
All necessary kitchen equipment for self catering. Excellent location for QVMarkets.
I would stay again.

We would stay again
Pros:

Handy location Flagstaff station across the roads, trams running east to west and north to south or you can walk to Southern Ross station in and Central Melbourne in 10 mins. Very close to VIC Market if you want to stock your fridge
The staff went above and beyond to resolve our lighting issue in the kitchen and bathroom, even in the weekend someone came to resolve the issue. Thank you to all the staff the helped out
Comfortable bed, balcony and equipped kitchen with all we needed

A nice comfortable stay with affordable pricing.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great view, comfortable bedding, great aircon/heater, and the apartment was mostly clean.

Cons:

Could’ve been a bit cleaner, the walls look like they do not get cleaned. And when I used the microwave something fell into my food from the top of the microwave, so I couldn’t eat it.

conveniently located for work but quality of accommodation needs work

location is great for commuting for work and views are also stunning

first room smelled strongly of smoke second room shower squealed high pitch loud enough to wake my child and partner

Lovely experience, will definitely stay again probably with an upgraded room
Pros:

Really lovely staff! Cannot fault them one bit! Second time staying always great rooms

Cons:

The driveway coming into the parking is incredibly steep, both my cars struggle with this
