Die Flughafennähe und der sehr freundliche Kontakt.
Im Vergleich waren die Kosten für den gebotenen Rahmen eher hoch. Der freundliche Besitzer weiß seinen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen schon auch gut und nicht ganz ehrlich zu verkaufen. Er verlangt das dreifache des normalen Taxitarifs und stellt es als Entgegenkommen hin. Da man ohne App auf die Vermittlung des Hotels angewiesen ist, habe ich lieber geschwiegen und gezahlt. Wie die meisten vermutlich. Ein Taxi zwischen Flughafen und Hotel liegt sonst bei 4800 Won.
Walking distance from the beach. Very nice staff. Good view of Incheon, and you can see the ocean off in the distance. Very clean.
It takes a little bit of time to get to/from the airport and is up a steep hill. The loft is very nice, but the guard rails are wide enough that I was worried my small children or infant would roll off the edge and fall. I set my infant to bed below the loft, but I had to go up and down the stairs in the night.

The hotel suited us perfectly. Good location, great view, great staff and clean. The hotel manager gave us a lift to the airport which was really appreciated and a treat as we thought we would need a taxi. A nice touch x thankyou .. also helped us with some very heavy luggage !
Nothing in the hotels control .. just a hill and stairs if you are not 100% capable.. we were but worth noting.
We had 2 rooms for the 6 of us. The family room was definitely bigger, but the same efficient layout. It was clean and comfortable, and everyone in my family thought it was fun with the loft! The a/c was powerful and cut through the August heat. The hosts were very responsive, and made check in and out easy. It is a convenient location for layovers, with restaurants and a convenience store just down the hill. We didn't get to try any cafes or restaurants because we had to leave for our next flight, but maybe next time! Also, the number for the taxi is right in front and it was easy to call and request a jumbo taxi for us and they were quick!
Would have been better to have more bath towels--we only had one between the 3 of us in one of the rooms, but plenty of hand towels, so we made it work. Also, know that the door to the bathroom is frosted glass so it's not the most private!

Staff was great. Organized transport for us early next morning. Every part of the room and accommodation was more than satisfactory.

- Not too far from airport. Best to get there by taxi. Second best is bus with 5 min walk but steep hill at the end.
- Few convenience stores nearby. Multiple restaurants (very local).
- Good enough room.
- Taxi service was announced in the room image (text in korean). However, the reception declined to hire taxi for me in advance. Well, you can manage that by uber, taba taxi, etc.
- No elevator which is not beyond expectation for korean hotels.
- Surrounding area is very local (including the hotel reception which does not speak eng) but possible with translation app.
- No daily house keeping, but they will come if you tell the reception in advance. The housekeeper left my room door unlock which is not acceptable regardless of korean low incidence of crime/theft.
The downstairs was very clean and there was a packet of bathroom supplies, like a toothbrush and q-tips, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, towels, everything we needed. The couch was comfortable to watch TV. Everything was hooked to the remote - TV, air, lights. The host left tea and coffee and was kind. We enjoyed a morning stroll and the local shopkeeper was nice. It was calm and peaceful. The host told us there is a very good seafood restaurant a block away from there, quite well known, but we only stayed one night and didn't have a chance to try it. The host drove us to the airport rental car agency the next day for 10000 won (about $7), a couple of dollars less than the price of a taxi.
The check in closes at 11, so we hurried from the airport and grabbed a taxi. We made it by 10:40, but I was stressed we wouldn't have a room. The steps to the beds are steep, so not good if travelling with young kids (we were not). The beds were clean, but I saw a hair from a previous tenant and bug spray, so I was a little thrown, but I realized after traveling throughout Korea that this is normal everywhere. Even the more expensive hotels have a can of bug spray in the room. The room was clean, but there was the Asian shower (no shower curtain) and a glass bathroom door, so carry a sheet if traveling with anyone you would want to screen out. We really liked the host and would visit again.

La description dit que l'hôtel est en bord de plage, ce qui n'est pas le cas, il est en haut d'un promontoire. Pas de vue sur la mer ni d'accès direct à la plage. Alors que j'avais réservé pour cela.
Le personnel n'est présent que de oh à 21h. Pas de navette aéroport entre oh et 21h, alors que c'était un des critères de ma réservation.
