A great stay close to knotts berry farm

Great location, great staff, great price.
Pros:

We went here for my son's 5th birthday. Short 5 minute walk to Knotts. Walgreens across the street. Next door to Soak City. And all restaurants are a short couple of minutes drive down the street. We. enjoyed the pool, and the front desk were generous with supplying pool towels. Comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy, but for what we acquired for a family of 6, this had everything we needed. The staff were overly accommodating. Great stay, and my kids loved the bunk bed room. Would stay here again.

A little outdated and worn, but still comfortable and great stay.

Home away from home lately with our Knotts berry farm annual passes.

Super close to the park / water park. Love the mini suite with kitchenette. Staff is always great.

Close to Knotts Berry farm and Medieval Times which is what we needed.

Cons:

It’s old, run down and dirty. The smell in the room was very unpleasant and the walls and ceiling are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors into late night and early morning and couldn’t get much sleep, not that the old and dirty uncomfortable bedding helped. Also was unable to find a parking spot late at night because they hand out more parking passes than what spaces are actually available.
