Spacious stay in good location
Pros:

Massive sized apartments and bathrooms - plenty of space for a family of 4.

Cons:

We had confirmed with the staff prior to arrival that we had washing machines, when we got to our room - there wasn't one. They did however rectify it and provide one quite quickly. Had issues with it then leaking but again, rectified immediately.

The apartment was very big and spacious which was good.

Available facilities like spa, sauna etc were nice

Breakfast included each day was good. All though a few more western style items available would be nice to accommodate.

Cons:

About 23 - 30 minutes minimum to hanoi centre most days in a grab.

Showers were not good! Old and pressure and temperature fluctuated like crazy. Master bedroom shower in tub too low for anyone above 5ft to shower in comfortably.

Utensils and items to use within the serviced apartment were extremely limited we had 2 forks and some plates and a few tiny bowls and cups. No spoons, knives or anything to use no dish towels or anything you might need during a few days stay using the kitchen.

Sheets on beds were old and had holes in them.

Bath and pool towels are in need of an upgrade

Pros:

Very clean the staff were friendly and very helpful. We received a room upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment from twin room so that was great. The included breakfast had a vest variety to choose from. I would stay here again.

Quiet space in a chaotic city
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor was quiet, clean, super spacious and had a bonus washing machine. The staff were super nice, and helpful. The location to a 711 type shop across the road and a coffee shop nearby.

Cons:

Although we were on the 18th floor there was still street (and loud music noise from time to time) noise as there was a really large gap between the windows and the ceiling where we could see daylight. I wouldn't like to be in this room in high winds as it would be windy inside. The TV was pixelated and glitchy, made it very hard to watch anything.
The shower over bath meant that the shower head was aimed at your belly button and made washing your hair one handed tricky. There were a few fittings like the towel rails that weren't really fixed to the wall properly.

Séjour idéal et relaxant
Pros:

Hôtel idéal pour se reposer avec un personnel à l’écoute et aux petits soins.
Les chambres sont très belles et bien équipées, le ménage est fait tous les jours dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner à volonté propose un large choix avec beaucoup de salé et une partie sucrée.
La piscine ainsi que l’espace spa (bains à remous, sauna, hammam) est un réel plus avec vestiaires et douches a disposition également.
Possibilité de déposer ses bagages à la réception avant le check-in et après le check-out.

Cons:

Rien de spécial, si ce n’est les joints de la piscine et du bain à remous qui pourraient être mieux nettoyés à certains endroits.

快適
Pros:

部屋も広くて設備も整っていました！ホテルの周りの治安もよく観光地などはタクシーで10分程度で着きます。快適なホテルでした。朝ごはんも日本食があり嬉しかったです。

Cons:

日系ホテルをわざわざ調べて予約したので日本語が通じるかなと思っていましたが一切通じません。簡単な英語と翻訳機でやり取りという感じです。もしかしたら話せるスタッフがいるかもしれませんがあまり期待しない方が良さそうです。
