Pros:

Malgré une façade défraichie les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. L'établissement est idéalement bien situé pour visité le centre historique de Braşov.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner.

La situación es excelente. Se puede aparcar en un patio del propio hotel. La habitación también muy bien.

Good experience. Team needs to improve customer service and adapt a tourist approach

Location is great -only 5-7 minutes walk from city center. Room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is rich

Cons:

The team is not communicative. When arrived the person who was there was very quick to tell all info without a break or a dialogue or checking understanding. There is no city map at the reception and they are not helpful in tourism information

המיקום מעולה, הצוות נהדר, הנוחות לא מדהימה.

המיקום מעולה קרוב מאוד לעיר העתיקה, הצוות נחמד ביותר, מסייע ועוזר,

הלובי קטן מאוד והכניסה נראית כמו כניסה למוסך וצריך לטפס כדי להיכנס או ללכת קצת הלאה ולעלות על רמפה. המעלית היתה איטית מאוד והיא ישנה מאוד. החדר שלי היה כביכול סוויטת ירח דבש למעשה היה היחיד כנראה עם מיטה כפולה שלא היתה נוחה במיוחד וגם יש שם תקרה משופעת מתחת לגג וזה מקטין את החדר. לא היה לנו נוף לשום מקום. ארוחת הבוקר היתה צנועה מאוד, - קוואקר, חביתות יוגורט גבינות ופינת קפה אבל סנדרטי ביותר.

Un excellent hotel très bien situé
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur pour le prix demandé, mais on peut aussi aller prendre son petit déjeuner dans la vieille ville qui est à 5 minutes à pied.

Good location within a fairly short walking distance from the center.

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms. The room on the 3rd floor had a glass ceiling in part. The rain pounded on the ceiling all night and it was impossible to sleep at all. I'm sure the hotel is aware of the problem and since it didn't provide a solution on a rainy night, don't take a room with a window in the roof. The second room in the morning had no water in the tap to wash your face, only drops. In the third room the mattress is not good and sinks in part. Bottom line, the hotel does not justify the price
