Ideal location with helfpful staff.
Pros:

Ideal location a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and a fifteen minute pleasant walk to Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and other main historical sites. Hotel staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was available each morning and was a nice added feature. Neighborhood had a number of streets with good restaurants.

Cons:

We had to move rooms twice. The first two rooms faced east towards the Blue Mosque area and had a lot of night time street noise including trucks and motorbikes at all hours, and every morning around 4.30am seagulls started making a lot of noise. We moved to a west facing room on the other side of the building on the third floor that was lovely and featured an ocean view. That room was very quiet. So I think your experience will be greatly affected by which room you are in. Ask for west facing room.

Pros:

직원 분들이 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 새벽 3시 이른 시간에 체크아웃해서 택시로 공항까지 나가는 길을 택시 기사기 도착할 때까지 끝까지 연락해 주고 배웅해 주었습니다. 올드시티 주요명소와 트램역 근처에 있어서 위치 역시 좋았습니다.

Personalul foarte atent si amabil. Ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine. Cu siguranta o sa revenim.
Pros:

Locatie aproape de obiective turistice. Mic dejun: variat si destul pentru mic dejun. Aparat de cafea la receptie. Am ocupat 4 camere la etajul 2, 3 dintre ele cu balcon. Camerele sunt mari, apa calda fara probleme la orice ora, aer conditionat si TV, curatenie si schimbat prosoape zilnic. In camera, in fiecare zi am avut din partea lor de cate 2 sticle de apa la 0.5 l , pliculete de ceai si cafea solubila si cana fierbator. Hotelul dispune de o curte interioara cu cateva mese si un foisor mare si frumos unde se serveste micul dejun.

Cons:

nu a fost ceva care sa ne displaca.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sophia ...) sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche nette Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonderes positiv sind uns Osman und Baran an der Rezeption und die Dame beim Frühstücksservice in Erinnerung geblieben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es gab jeden Tag Neues zu probieren. Die Minibar wurde jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt und war sehr günstig, Wasser gab es auch gratis. Das Gym hatte eine gute, neuwertige Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war stilvoll und charmant eingerichtet

Cons:

Das Bad müsste renoviert werden. Es gab einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch.

Viaggio a Istanbul
Pros:

Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi in 10/15 minuti le principali attrazioni site nella parte asiatica di Istanbul. Per il resto mezzi molto vicini. Colazione varia che punta molto più sul salato. Caffè e sue varianti sempre a disposizione degli ospiti.

Cons:

Struttura un po' âge ma con tutti i comfort.

Value for money, well situated,I definitely will come back,
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the tram, plenty of restaurants around, Grand Bazaar 6 mins walk, lots of shops around.
Breakfast was great.
Value for money.
We had two gentlemen at the reception, A big thumb up for both of them, Osman and Omar. Both are very helpful and go beyond one's expectation. Thank you Osman and Omar.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned enough. The intersections of the white tiles were black with mildew. Needs some thorough cleaning.
