Cons:

A minha experiência no hotel foi francamente decepcionante.

O processo de check-in foi uma verdadeira tortura: lento, desorganizado e sem qualquer preocupação com o conforto do cliente, chegou a ser ofensivo a forma como insinuaram que acompanhantes ali não. A sensação desde o primeiro momento foi de confusão e frieza, não de hospitalidade.

No restaurante, o serviço esteve muito abaixo do nível esperado. A equipa demonstrou falta de preparação, pouca atenção ao cliente e ausência de profissionalismo em vários momentos, ao ponto de fazer o pedido e vir logo a conta, uma sensação de desconfiança total.

Mas talvez o mais surpreendente seja a filosofia geral do hotel. As regras transmitidas ao cliente são completamente desprovidas de qualquer sensação de acolhimento. Tudo parece construído numa lógica em que apenas o hotel tem direitos e o cliente apenas deveres.

A regra que mais me chocou foi a possibilidade de o hotel efectuar “inspecções” ao quarto. Considero isso profundamente intrusivo e totalmente incompatível com a privacidade, conforto e confiança que um hóspede espera de uma unidade desta categoria. É uma regra ridícula e reveladora da forma como o cliente é visto.

No geral, foi uma experiência muito má e muito distante da imagem sofisticada que o hotel tenta transmitir.

Tuve mi vuelo adelantado, y me hicieron el favor de tenerme la maleta sin ningún costo. La habitación de ensueño. 10/10

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno espectacular

Cons:

Es demasiado pequeño el espacio de la habitación para el precio que se paga. Con ese precio se paga una habitación en un hotel del mismo nivel mucho más amplia.
