Pros:

Realmente es un lugar hermoso, pensaron en cada detalle de decoracion, el desayuno es DELICIOSO. La atencion del personal fantastica.

Cons:

Lo unico malo de verdad, es que las habitaciones no tenian aire acondicionado. Es decir, si tiene un aire integrado pero aunque marcaba 16 grados realmente la habitacion estaba en 23 grados. y aunque el equipo de mantenimiento fue y limpio las rendijas del aire, fue imposible lograr que enfriara. Me colocaron un aire portatil y remedio la situacion parcialmente pero yo tenia que trabajar en la habitacion y fue imposible con el calor de Bogota (aunque suene raro, el clima de Bogota ha cambio muchisimo y ya no es aquella ciudad fria y oscura, ahora hace mucho calor en el dia).

Más o menos, personal muy amable y dispuesto.

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación, lo encontré solitario y poco iluminado para caminar de noche. El hotel muy obscuro en general, poca iluminación, yo me equivoqué con las instalaciones, no lo imaginé así. Poco personal en el desayuno y el desayuno muy regular para la comida tan rica de Bogotá. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño y camas súper cómodas. Es un hotel para jóvenes.

Agradable estadía en un hotel muy moderno, de gran diseño y muy acogedor.
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel, muy bonito diseño, moderno, impecable. El restaurant muy bueno, tanto para comer (exquisito) como el desayuno (también muy rico y variado, con excelentes ingredientes).
Un agrado llegar al hotel, por su atención. Mención especial a Gustavo, gran persona, muy amable, muy buen gestor y muy simpático, también. Un gusto ser recibido por él. Lo mismo para Esteban y Michael, en el restaurant.

Cons:

Prácticamente nada. Solo una sugerencia constructiva: el jugo de naranja no está al nivel de todo lo demás que ofrece el desayuno (todo realmente exquisito) Nos pareció un tanto artificial y creemos puede ser mejorado, más fresco y de fruta exprimida. Es solo un detalle, pero preferimos hacer esta sugerencia, pues desentona con todo lo demás que es realmente exquisito (los huevos con tocino, una delicia). Igualmente FELICITACIONES por el hotel.
