Que no hicieran la limpieza de la habitación un día y que no incluya estacionamiento el costo de la estadía
1. La ubicación permite movilidad total y es segura la zona.
2. El personal del desayunado muy amable.
1. El personal de recepción fue deficiente en la atención, orientación, poco resolutivos, me increparon por sus propios errores y no verifican adecuadamente la información en sus propios sistemas. También, regañan y advierten que los snacks del cuarto se pagan si se ingieren, siendo cosas absolutamente inadecuadas.
2. El aire acondicionado funcionaba por momentos.

Del propio hotel, la cama y el desayuno .. pero teniendo en cuenta los inconvenientes que tuve (nada para comentar) los empleados estuvieron todos al nivel de las expectativas, en rapidez y diligencia para solucionarlo en forma muy satisfactoria. Enfrente a Patio Olmos y a una cuadra de la Manzana Jesuítica, excelente ubicación

La cama era cómoda y la habitación amplia. La ubicación excelente
El desayuno y restaurante muy deficientes, prácticamente abandonados. El gimnasio no tenía salida al hotel (no funcionaba la puerta y aunque di aviso no lo arreglaron).
El baño con luz insuficiente y poco cómodo, además no había papel higiénico suficiente…
Inexplicable que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga una atención servicio y mantenimiento mínimamente aceptables.
La ubicación es correcta. La cama muy cómoda y limpia
Mi habitación no tenía frigobar y los elementos de higiene (shampoo, acondicionador, jabón líquido) de muy mala calidad. En el baño no había jabón, sólo el frasco amurado en la pared de la ducha. Tanto la habitación y como el baño tienen muy poca iluminación. Me parece que un hotel de esa categoría no debería cobrar la cochera.
